Very nice apartment very close to the centre of Valencia, we had some issues with the air conditioning and a soort handle and someone was sent to fix it as soon as possible. Spacious and neat apartment with very good amenities and service!

I’ll list the positives. The property is HUGE! It had MORE THAN ENOUGH room for my family if 6 people. The location is just amazing. I could walk to all the key locations! Mercado Central is only few minutes away. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The bads. The water heater is so small. It didn’t provide enough water for my family of 6 to shower on the same day. We had to split half in the evening and the half in the next morning. The kitchen is not quite well stocked for cooking. The biggest problem was that the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbor’s conversation clearly! I expected that from other reviews so I brought a pair of ear plugs. That solved the problem. Also note that there is a restaurant right outside the window and they do open really late. (Past midnight). So be aware of that.
Overall I really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely stay here again despite these shortcomings.

We waren voor een vrijgezellenfeest gegaan met de vriendinnen. Heel goed ervaren. Lekker aan de boulevard van de oude stad. Alleen 1 min punt riolering geur in de badkamer.

Lit confortable, bien dormi, appartement propre et bien tenu,petit problème de lumière ds une des salle de bain et attention l’isolation au niveau des fenêtres simple vitrage qui date un peu, mais sinon au top, emplacement parfait en plein centre ville et silencieux car ne donnant pas sur une rue passante ;-)
