Wavia Hotel - Adults Only

Wonderful services. Alessandra and Tony are amazing!!!! Us a business owner you should be very proud of them. If you like small hotel with personalise services (even not a reception after 2:00 pm they handle everything to make very functional), close to everything without the crowds, this is the place!!!!

Good location. Good value, decent room, but offers little in the way of amenities.

Small hotel, great location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Reception staff only available for a few hours in the day which could be an issue, but luckily once we were there we had no issues and so didnt need to contact them.

The Hotel is a small boutique hotel. We arrived at noon and our room was ready so we could move in.The beach, bars and restaurants were a stone's throw away.Room was immaculate, everything needed for a short break.Ice bucket was supplied but could not locate an ice machine.! Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

We booked the suite for a week and will definitely book again if we come back to Las Palmas! The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and let us go into the room early (always a bonus!). Excellent facilities including reclining sofa with large TV and Netflix, small kitchen area, hot tub! But the best thing of all was when you went up the stairs to the second terrace where there was an extra 'sunroom' with TV, sofa and fridge in! We spent most evenings in there looking out at the sea view. The location is great. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach with all the restaurants on, but far away enough that it is nice and quiet. Couple of improvements could be to have a few more kitchen utensils. I know the suite is for 2 people, but it would be nice to have more than 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 bowls etc and only 1 sharp knife for cutting. It would also be nice if things like oil, salt, pepper etc were provided. We would definitely like to come back!

We had a great stay and were impressed with the suite for the price. It was nicely appointed with own hot tub and second floor deck. Walking distance to the beaches and restaurants in downtown, we barely needed the car. We did use it to explore the island one day but left it home after that. Nice decor as well and Pablo was super friendly and helpful and gave us a nice dinner recommendation.

The hotel had an excellent location, very quiet street yet so close to many good cafes and restaurants. Also very convenient for supermarket and bus links. Staff were extremely helpful and so friendly ,they really made us feel very welcome. Room was very clean with good amenities ,no negatives whatsoever. We hope to revisit in future years.

We booked the Suite with terrace but never expected what we got! The lift opens into the room (only your key card allows that!) and when being shown around the room, I thought that there had been a mistake! Full kitchen, reclining sofa, two TVs in the room, full sun terrace with hot tub, then another terrace above with "chill out room", which had another TV and another sun terrace with sunbeds - oh and two alfresco toilets/showers! We had only booked for four nights so with a couple of days of clouds, we couldn't make full use of the "sun" terrace, which was a shame, but loved the option to stay in. We loved the room. If I was to offer any suggestions for improvement it would be to provide a legend for the light switch/shutter/LED key pads - you end up going through a trial and error sequence each time! Perhaps add some curtains as at present the only blackout option are the shutters, which are metal and extremely noisy to open/close, meaning the early riser cannot enjoy the outside without waking up the other! Also perhaps a tea towel to dry the glasses, plates. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very good position, close to the beach and the walk along the promenade where there is a host of restaurants and bars. Parking was close by and the hotel discount brings it down to €13 per 24hrs, which you pay upfront to the cashier once you have your hotel proof. Would definitely like to go back.

The Wavia is in a great location. We stayed in the suite on the top floor with amazing views and beautiful terraces. The facilities are great with Welcoming drinks provided in the fridge and all you could need to self cater. Although the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant there are many just steps away that cater for all at reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving lots of advice and suggestions. I can’t praise it enough!

Lovely hotel just 100 metres from beach. Very clean room with great TV and lovely comfy bed.

Receptionist (Gabriel) very welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Room appeared smaller than expected but plenty of storage and great lighting features (lacking instructions!). Even a kettle (hidden in a cupboard). Gratis drinks in fridge! Lovely soft towels and bathroom products, choice of pillows not to our liking. Enjoyed (limited) view from balcony.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 week and I would highly recommend. We were very welcome and stuff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated very close to the beach in a quiet area. I like the bed and mattress and I felt very comfortable. I would like to come again.

I loved this little hotel. It was a great location that was close to the beach and boardwalk (but not right on the beach and much cheaper). I loved all of the little extras with the hotel: the helpful staff giving suggestions and recommendations, the wrist band key, the complimentary mini bar, the smart tv, the toiletries, etc.
