The listed mandatory transfer fee is required for transfers rom Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (HRI). The mandatory one-way transfer fee is USD 80 per person from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB). The mandatory administration fee covers the PCR screening for COVID-19 fee for stays of 5-13 nights. There is an additional screening fee of USD 120 for stays of 14 nights or more. The fee is USD 40 per person for stays of 1-4 nights. All mandatory fees must be paid directly to the property in advance of arrival.

Guests must transfer to the property via Airport shuttle and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions prior to arrival. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This is a designated quarantine hotel. The property can only accept bookings from travelers who are required to quarantine (i.e. international travelers). You may be asked to provide evidence of this on arrival. Guests will receive an email from the property with mandatory fees payment instructions within 24 hours after booking the reservation. Payment is made via a secure link and due within 24 hours of receiving the email. Guests who have not paid the fees in advance will not be able to check in. Guests are required to complete a health declaration (PCR screening for COVID-19) during their stay. Guests staying 1-4 nights are screened once per stay; guests staying 5-13 nights are screened twice per stay; guests staying 13 nights or more are screened 3 times per stay. Screening fees must be paid in advance of arrival. This is a certified Sri Lanka Tourism Level 1 property. Sri Lanka Tourism Level 1 is a health and safety certification issued by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
