Phone not working. Wifi awfully slow.tv not working. All Electricals useless in poor condition. Pathetic staff and owner. Doesn’t feel like a hotel. I think expedia gets xtra money for selling rooms in such hotels Never again will trust Expedia

WOW! This hotel is going through a refurb- our room was fab- we had an executive uite, the sea view was amazing. The food was great, to be able to eat on the pool terrace and walk straight out to the beach was amazing. The hotel was clean and the sfaff freinedly and super attentive. Mahesh who worked in the hotel looked after us liek royalty and we canot thank him and his team enough. The chap that worked in the dining room (i cant remeber his name) had seen i loved the fresh fruit every morning, so one day suprised me with their best fruit platter. Such a kind gesture. We couldnt have asked for ant more from the hotel and staff. The staff really made it perfect.

This Hotel was amazing especially the staff and Manager. An very nice place to be to do work or relax highly recommended.

Joe’s resort, Bentota Very very disappointing...Won’t be back and will not recommend. On Day one our air conditioner was not working and neither was our room safe so on day 2 we were shifted to another room. Then in two days we were asked to shift rooms again as they said it had been booked by someone else. But we booked this motel ourselves approx 6 weeks ago. Day 3, And also Room three our air conditioner kept going off & each night our TV did not work. My wife went down to ask to get it fixed and was practically laughed at by who we think is hotel manager, a lady in office. Dinner plates, coffee cups, wine glasses & a sugar bowl were left at the pool side table covered in flies all night, Then while at breakfast next morning the sugar bowl was bought in put next to coffee and tea station. The place mats on dining tables are badly stained and need to be washed or preferable should re- new. To top it all off our pool started getting green roughly day 6 of stay which was pretty gross then last 3 days of our stay it was complained about and it was was shut down so nobody was able to use it ( not that we wanted to when it turned green) Our friends & us sat here each day sweating and boiling hot with no pool and unable to swim in the choppy beach. This hotel is a shambles. The only good thing about this motel is The staff working here, they are very nice and friendly and really helpful, But unfortunately they are very very under trained.The WiFi only works in foyer.
