About Breakfast ・I was happy with the ginger shot; it was my first time trying it! 🌟 The staff explained it to me! Thank you! ・I was satisfied with the quality and quantity. ・I requested in advance for an early check-out before breakfast, and they prepared two types of sandwiches, orange juice, yogurt, and a fruit, which was very helpful. 🌟 ・I didn't request it, so my room was on the second floor. Apparently, if I had requested a nice view, I could have gotten a room on the fifth floor with a good view. It was disappointing this time, but I'll do that next time! ◎The room was quiet and there were no issues with the facilities (I brought indoor slippers). ◎The staff (I spoke with two women and one man) had wonderful smiles and were very friendly. They made me very happy. 🌟Thank you!

Not a good choice for older folks with disabilities. lots of stairs. Comfortable rooms and nice breakfast, friendly staff.

The check-in and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. Our room was beautiful, looking over the other historic buildings. The location was perfect, near the ocean and also near some wonderful restaurants. I would definitely, definitely stay there again!

Perfect hotel for a trip to Gotland and Visby

Great location with very friendly staff.

Despite what it says on Clarion's own website, there is no room service available. The "heart" of the hotel, the beautiful bar and lounge area, does not open until 3 PM. I ended up in a room that was so far from the entrance that I had to go through three different sets of stairs in different parts of the building just to get there. In general, everything felt understaffed. It was not uncommon to see trash lying around in the shared areas. This hotel is simply too big and gave the impression that cost cutting was far more important to the management than my experience as a guest. Don't get me wrong, it was an okay hotel (though probably not truly 4-star), but do not expect anything special. You could likely find similar quality for a lower price somewhere else. Tips if you do decide to stay here: - Do not bother with the app-based door key. For me, it sometimes took up to a minute to unlock the door after fiddling with the exact position of my phone. - Use the side entrance if you want to avoid being overwhelmed by heavy perfume every time you enter the hotel. - Bring your own toilet paper unless you enjoy the really thin, almost see-through kind.

Staff was amazing, from Karin tending bar to Caroline, Johanna, Alice, & Lisa working the front desk, every need was met, every expectation was exceeded, highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good by nordic standards, but by international standards not so good… Pros: Great location Generally clean, although cleaning crew discipline could be better Hotel staff always greets you Cons: Generally bad service Reception staff are young who don’t know anything about the Visby or Gotland Poor cleaning discipline especially about changing the towels which led me to drying myself with damp towels occasionally The towels itselves were poor, even after 24h of hang drying them, still damp Breakfast only available between 8-10 AM, which led to

Finns inget att klaga på i detta hotell. Vi utgick härifrån till våra upptäcktsfärder i Visby och Gotland efter härliga frukostar på uteplatsen. Rummet (Superior) var fräscht och sängarna underbara. Vi glömde/missade dock att vi hade 10% rabbat på restaurangen som boende. Möjligen kunde personalen frågat/påminnt, ingen stor sak men värt att komma ihåg.☺️

We loved our stay at the Clarion Visby. The best parts included its proximity to all things within the walled city. The breakfast is great, the rooms are incredibly spacious, and the staff is so kind! 10 out of 10 would stay here again and recommend to anyone who’s on the fence about different hotels to give the Clarion a shot.

Personalen är väldigt service inriktad, hjälpsam och väldigt trevligt. Frukost var top notch. Vattnet i poolen var dock långt ifrån 28 grader

Mycket trevligt hotell. Spa delen är mysig. Restaurangen har mycket god mat. Frukosten toppen och det mesta finns som man kan förvänta sig på hotell i Sverige. Centralt läge. Hotellrummen är tysta vi hörde aldrig andra gäster eller störande ljud utifrån. Då var vi ändå där under Hansa veckan, med liveband och annat. En nackdel är kuddarna. Typiska hotellkuddar som är jätte fluffiga men ger inget stöd till nacken. Verkar vara det alla hotell föredrar.

Alltid lika mysigt. Bli inte ledsna om ni blir placerade i den nya delen och får lite längre att gå.
