Easy late check in. Perfectly suited to our needs.

This is a good value option for staying in Kiruna, with all the facilities you really need but no luxuries. Though the parking is as easy as can be and the outside seating area is very nice. However there is no staff and therefore no service after 8pm, and if you are on holiday you might want to ask for a room at the back of the building since most guests are contractors and will be leaving in their vans from the car park at the front, from 5am onwards.

Pretty basic… rooms very tired. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is in an industrial area, my room was too small and very old, Rates too much expensive for what they offer.

It was old and run down, not very clean. They had a restaurant but we weren't willing to try it since the overall cleanliness of the hotel wasn't very good.

This hotel is very basic and really should be categorized as a 2-star rather than as a 3-star. In other words, it is too expensive for what one actually gets. Some disappointing features: 1. We got dozens of bug bites during our two-day stay. 2. Staff helpfulness is mixed. Some were friendly, like the Thai maid and one of the Swedish kitchen staff. On the other hand, the heavier woman with short bleach-blonde hair was especially surly. It seemed like she hates her job. 3. Everything besides the hallway to the rooms is locked up after 10PM. For example, expect to be kicked out if socializing with friends in the tiny reception area. 4. There is a mechanics' shop next door. Expect lots of noises consistent with such a business. 5.As mentioned, the rooms are tiny. While we are narrow-bodied ourselves and fit just fine on the twin-sized beds, I could imagine bigger people having trouble turning in bed. The desk, single desk chair, and single armchair were all similarly small. 6. There were water spots in the bathroom. In place of Kleenex tissues, one is given a roll of toilet paper on top of the empty tissue box. 7. Finally, I think it's worth mentioning that when paying for 150 euro per night, one should be able to expect to have at least a small gym, 24-hr coffee and tea, 24-hour reception, some toiletries, air conditioning, and fast internet speed (it was painfully slow for us). None of these were available at Hotell E10.

Basic hotel that is a stone’s throw away from Coop, ICA, Burger King as well as petrol stations such as Circle K and TANKA. Stay was ok, nothing too fancy. Breakfast was a nice addition. Easy walk to Centrum too.

Basic hotel, a little far from the city center. The staff was awesome!

I feel the front desk should be opened 24/7. Currently the front desk closes at 11:00PM at night and does not re-open until 5:30AM. I needed assistance with calling for a taxi because I had a 6AM flight. No one was available to help me at 4:30AM. (I live in the USA and did not have local phone service) There was a gentleman setting up breakfast at 4:45AM and he did reluctantly open the front desk to make the call, (after I was banging on the door for help). He was very nice and did call the taxi for me, but someone should still be there around the clock to help. Otherwise the hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accomodating for the most part. I would recommend staying there.

Clean room with good heating. This hotel is located near the shopping district; coop, intersport; ICA, circle k and have few food options nearby. Pillow tad too soft

We had an early morning flight to catch and they made us a delicious breakfast to go! Each room also has a mini fridge and the beds were really cozy!

Gooo for an inexpensive night while transitioning to Abisko.

overall it's very nice

I had a 6am flight out from Kiruna and as sleeping at the airport was not an option as they would close 1 hour after their last flight, I needed accommodation. I thought I would try out this hotel. It was pretty good and one of the nearest to the airport too. There's a few shops nearby, walking distance. Bought some food from the salad bar at Coop and was perfectly happy. Took a nap and was very comfortable too.
