Excellent location right in the city center for access to vast shopping, dining, groceries, transit, Old Town, etc. Staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate early check-in requests for guests or to hold their luggage. Rooms are windowless/located underground; however, in comparison to other hotels that charge more for the same sized room where you would close your blinds anyway with neighboring buildings, this was a much better value. It was simple, extremely clean, comfortable, insulated, and water pressure was great with a rainfall shower. Also it's below a 24-hour café which offers both convenience and security.

For the price it's worth it. Rooms are small but clean. Reception is friendly. Can't ask for more.

Staff was friendly and available 24/7. Facilities were nice despite being in such a centralized location. Would not mind staying there again.
