This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass.

The apartment is good. The location is convenient. The issue is that the apartment building is located on a main cross street, which is busy with EV traffic during the day and night. The EVs are every bit as noisy as an ICE vehicle. The worse part is late at night and early in the morning, there is a steady stream of loud inebriated millennials carrying on in the street. Some walk by and some linger. It is impossible to sleep through their noise because you need to leave the windows open in order to keep the room from overheating as there is no AC. Our next stay will be to a less traveled section of town.

The apartment as a whole is okay. only that i think the curtain and carpet is not really clean. It has a certain smell. They shouls really change the curtain and sclean the chair and carpet. But you can open up the doors and window to ventilate (which we did) and refrain from sitting on the chairs

The hotel is close to Zermatt railway station, only 5 minute walk. For checking in, you need to go to Alpen Resort and Spa. It is around 10 minute walk from the station. You can drop off your luggage in the Alpen Resort but not at Le Perle. The size of the room is big and it is clean. There are many supermarkets and you can cook. The area is very busy and lots of restaurant. The hotel is very close to Gornergrat Cogwheel train. It is also easy if you want to go to Matterhorne Glacier Paradise, take the 571 bus from the front of the Zermatt train station to the Gondola ride Matterhorne Express.

My mom and I traveled across Europe for almost a month, and this was by far our favorite accommodation. The property is in excellent condition and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and Zermatt’s gondola rides to all major attractions. Dining options and grocery stores are also close by. The room is incredibly spacious, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy mini living room. It also has a relaxing patio with views of pine trees and the charming neighborhood. The space is furnished with high-end furniture, modern appliances, and a state-of-the-art television. We truly felt at home and loved the surroundings. We can’t wait to return with our family for another stay.

This apartment was very nice, and the pictures don't do it justice. There was quite a bit of space here, with one large bed (connected twin beds) in the bedroom, and two adjoining Murphy beds in the living room. The beds and bedding were excellent; I made a note of the brand so I could look for those later. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware. There are actually two balconies; one facing the street and accessible from the living room, and a private balcony that is accessed from the bedroom. Since you can't drive to Zermatt, you take the train. The apartment is a few blocks from the train station; the check-in hotel is a couple of blocks beyond the apartment. There is a grocery store at the turnoff from the main road, so not far.
