Excellent for proximity to rail and metro stations. Good size room. Would have been better with a kettle.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, location is near train station, convenient but a lot of weird and homeless people around so don’t feel very safe.
Rooms are clean, bathrooms also, in a good condition.
The breakfast is the downside, poor, limited and nothing is really tasty. We end up eating at the cafes.

Clean rooms, but rather smaller and simpler than one might expect from a four-star hotel. Hotel staff were generally helpful with directions. WiFi worked well. Breakfast, at 20 CHF, seemed expensive and was not chosen. The system for storage of luggage for guests arriving before check-in or wishing to leave their luggage at the hotel after check-out needs to be revamped; piling the luggage in a corner of the reception lobby seems less than optimal in a number of respects.

Things were great, my only feedback is about the noise, the walls are not noise isolated, you can hear the footsteps from all the hotel guests at night and early in the morning. It was a bit uncomfortable waking up too early coz of the noise.
