I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. This spa is a real gem, conveniently located just a stone’s throw away from the train station that leads to the Gornergrat. From our room, we had an incredible view of the Matterhorn, a truly spectacular sight.

The view at the restaurant was good if you know where to sit. Was lost when first arrived because I missed the entrance. Once you know the way it's really a short distance next to the train station. On and off you can hear guests slamming to close the door, which shouldn't be the case.

Nicest hotel that we stayed during our Switzerland trip. Excellent facility and super courteous staff. While it lacked views of the Matterhorn, the two minute walk to the train station was very convenient. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Incredible hotel. We didn’t want to leave and we will for sure go back. We stayed in the cottage which is a few steps from the main building. This is so well equipped and decorated and so peaceful. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen, a movie room, a family room, a private sauna and full laundry facilities.
The staff is welcoming and helpful and the location couldn’t be better - just a few steps from the train stations. Breakfast and afternoon tea & cake are included and were delicious. Sophia at the bar makes great drinks and was really kind and helpful. Pool, gym, spa and game room were all excellent. Highly recommend!

You must stay at this hotel. Really close to train station, plenty of shopping stores, and amazing vuews all around. Staff was super friendly and made you feel very welcomed. 10/10 I do recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Schloss. The view from our balcony was stunning, it’s about a 2 minute walk from the train station and many stores/restaurants near by. Staff was very welcoming and professional. The hotel has great amenities and very clean.

This hotel is super convenient to the train station(s), but it is either sound proof or the trains are quiet because we didn’t hear anything. The spa is great for relaxing. Staff were friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed everything!

The Sauna, Spa (massage), gym and Yoga class were truly terrific. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was all I could have hoped for. The room was very comfortable. The hotel really met and surpassed all expectations.

This property was centrally located and absolutely perfect for our trip. The staff was incredible and our room spacious and clean. The breakfasts were amazing as were the 3-5pm coffee and desserts they offered in the lobby every day. Perfect place to stay!!!!
