CK is not a hotel. It is a serviced apartment and as such certain things are to be expected. They declare this at check in as well. No front desk, check in is by appt during extended business hours but not 24 hrs. Door key is given and service is light housekeeping daily, extended (big) clean and sheet change weekly. Large fridge is nice. As is washing machine. The decoration is not an open plan and felt constricted but allows for a lot of storage in a small space. Full sized bath tub for those who need it. Pool available for small charge. Overall a VERY CONVENIENT location between Qingguang market and Local night market foodstalls. 6+ convenience store, small super markets within 5 min walk. Lots of bus stops and 7-10 min walk to MRT. Car traffic is tough. Underground parking is for long term residents only. Nong ‘An road is narrow and tight except at nocturnal hours.

I like the place. Service is great and the location is good. The only things I don't like are the sofa and the bed. Both of them are too soft and the sofa looks old. However, I would definitely going back to the same building when I have a chance visiting Taipei again.

The price is good considering it can sleep 3 people , with a double bedroom and a small single bed area . The toilet has good size and the apartment truly feels like home . The location is a bit far off from the city center area so we took taxi mostly and cost about NTD 200 a trip . I was not able to find the gym . And we were told we only get one day of water and we need to buy our own water on the second and third days .

The best thing is location. Lots of local foods, drinks, bakeries. Convenient for long stay. However, inside room needs more thorough cleaning and disinfections. My room always have small ants and little bugs flying around, regardless there was an open food or not (and I didn't cook in large scale- only instant noodles). Some rooms still have food smell left (possibly previous guesses cooked a lot). Very limited cooking tools and utensils. I bought some more necessities at nearby store (which was not bad after all since the store sells a lot of things).

The room is a good size with a balcony. The facilities included, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Cooker Hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, air conditioning, Internet & TV. The position is great. Surrounded by all sorts of useful shops and very close to a street food market. A ten minute walk to the amazing Maji Square and two different MRT stations. Communication with management was done through WhatsApp and they replied almost immediately. They also arranged the journey from (and back to the airport) good service.

The building is next to the Qingguang Market, about 10 min walk to the MRT and less than 5 min to major bus lines. The whole building is a serviced residence, however, the lobby reception will not provide you any services other than CK which can be easily reached via tel or line. The room is spacious with a huge wardrobe (not sure other rooms the same). It's a pretty new building otherwise exceptionally well maintained. The bathroom is clean, spacious with a hot tub con shower. A balcony overlooking the city, washing/drying machine, microwave etc are all there.
