We were in Taipei to visit family. The local bus stop was right out front. The hotel shuttle bus to the MRT and train station was great and convenient. It was great having Costco next door. Staff were great and friendly

Below average hotel for a cheap price. Nothing major issue about the facility but the rooms are smelly and depressing. We picked the hotel because the exhibition/convention center was close to the area but if I had another choice, I'd avoid the whole area. It's very depressing and dodgy part of Taipei. Stay at Taipei city centre if you have a choice.

The hotel was great. Room was quiet and clean. Good blackout curtains. Service was very good. The only thing I would say is to remove the shark fin salad from the breakfast buffet. There is no reason for the hotel to support the slaughter of the sharks for a misirable salad.
Please remove it from your menu.

The location wasn't great and tbe breakfast was no where close to many other ones around. The service of restaurant and housekeeping staff was so poorly rated. The atmosphere waa very dull too. There is no enthusism amoung the staff.
For the value of money you can find many other hotels with more comfortable.

Hotel was new and in very good condition. Location was very good as we were visiting relatives in that area. Costco is just next door. Convenient free bus service to the Nanggang MRT station and rail station. This hotel does a lot of tour groups. You need to time breakfast around the time all the buses leave in the morning, but they move through pretty fast.
