We were on a dual couples trip and really loved this hotel. The rooms are decently spacious, it's very modern and clean, and the breakfast is generous. You have everything you need in a city hotel. The only issue is I found that the Wi-Fi was weak in some areas of the lobby, but it worked fine in the rooms.

Ok place to stay for a night or two in Hualien if you just need somewhere to sleep. The photos are accurate i.e. it's pretty bare bones. Windows are very small, there are no lamps or lights by the bed. But it's clean, breakfast was fine, staff was nice, about a 15-20 minute walk to the night market and the beach.

My husband and I were not feeling very well upon arrival at Hualien. It’s not their official check in time but as soon as we expressed our willingness to see if we can check in the room soon even at extra cost, the front desk people were super helpful to get us a room without additional cost. We really appreciate that, especially we’re traveling with a small baby. The bed was superb comfy and the room functions well serve every needs we have. The breakfast selection was amazing. Baby likes the play room a lot. Thanks again for the best hospitality and we do enjoy our stay here.

Location is very close to the busiest part of the city. With parking lot next to the hotel provides easy access, night market is only 5 mins drive away. Breakfast comes with a lot of varieties during our 3 night stay, kids room is excellent and the kids had much fun
