The door wasn’t open at the beginning and the dryer doesn’t work at all.

The staff is super nice, helped me schedule a taxi for my departure at my request. The staff also immediately asked housekeeping to take a look at my air conditioner remote since the remote didn’t seem to be working to turn on the air in my room. The staff at breakfast area is super friendly every morning too. The bed and pillows are the exact firmness I like it to be, the shower stall was super great, allowing an option to control water pressure as well as the water temperature. I also liked how there is the options of an over head shower or hand held shower. The space in the room is suffice for a solo traveler with two luggage and one carry on. The local tv channels offered could probably have more options. The tv channel options were showing a lot of outdated local variety shows and dramas during the day time in the week days.

The room was clean and quiet. The location is perfect—easy to go out and explore. Breakfast coffee was delicious! Highly recommend for a convenient trip.

Very friendly staff. Great daily breakfast that came with bookkng. Super convenient for local food, transport, and night life. Could improve on bath towel quality and better bath enclosure cleaning. Will book again when we revisit Taipei.

Excellent staff. Front desk staff are super helpful. Breakfast staff are wonderful, very friendly. Location is perfect if you want to be close to main station and in an area that's interesting for tourists. The bathroom is small but very nice. The shower taps are very complicated, even with instructions in English on the wall. Small fridge, no freezer space but front desk can help with freezing things. The room was quiet at night. The only issue was the bed wobbled like jelly everytime my partner moved so not a great night's sleep. Able to use microwave and seating area during the day.

Food is amazing

Location of the hotel is awesome, staff were very good and helpful only reason it doesn't get a 100% review is that we returned home from a day out adventuring and housekeeping had forgotten to close our room door, it was pinned back fully open meaning people walking by could see right in and enter but luckily nothing was missing. I went down and informed reception and they were very apologetic but understandably I was concerned by this so I placed the do not disturb up for the next day and just got towels from housekeeping so all ok but if not for this it was 100% review. Mistakes happen so just grateful no issues and no missing items. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great hotel in an excellent location. 10 minutes from the metro station and in the middle of a great area. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage at the reception until check-in. Breakfast was good. Overall, great value. We would stay here again.
