Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. But as we said we did like the hotel and staff are very friendly.

The room is very spacious, and the front desk staff are friendly. The room service team also does an excellent job cleaning the room efficiently.
Location is slightly inconvenient since it is Taichung… subway is not anywhere close.

We love the rooms! They are pretty big and beautiful, and the king-size bed makes our stay comfortable. I love the separate hot tub. The staff at the front desk is very accommodating and friendly.
The only downside is I could hear a little noise from the next room, so it might be something to note for people sensitive to sounds. We also hope the person at the parking can be a bit more friendly initially.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience at this hotel.
