交通方便，在美麗島＆高雄車站中間，10分鐘左右步行到。
工作人員服務態度十分友善＆有效率。房間整齊清潔，由於高雄天氣酷熱，冷氣十足是一大優點，而check-in 當日亦會提早開冷氣，所以入住當日，明顯十分清涼舒適👍
住宿包括早餐，雖然每天款式大致一樣，沒有太大驚喜。唯獨第一日的早餐，應該是當日的廚師不同，意大利麵的al dente 一流，煎蛋，沙律等，味道原全高水準之作。之後第二、三日味道就完全變了……
整體表現良好，會推薦朋友，有機會到高雄亦會再訂房

ペット同伴の予約は台湾サイだけで出来るようですが、 6月．今回12月計8回宿泊したがノミの駆除が出来ていない．シャワー、床で発見。フロワー、各階虫除けを設置しているが一般客は迷惑、もう宿泊したく無い．朝食、イタリアンタイプの洋食変化がない連泊で飽きが来る、午後のお茶タイムも変わり映えしない、変化対応が出来ていないホテル、評価が下がったホテルです．
