Convenient and nice place to stay

The staff were SO friendly & went out of their way several times to help us! This the best place we’ve stayed the whole trip!

My wife contacted me about her trip that got cancelled because of the train issue, I booked a room with Luna hotel. Before my wife even showed up, the hotel contacted me about my family's arrival. Asked how old my kids were and upgraded the room without extra charge. Great service! My wife arrived and they were more than accommodating. The upgrade was informed by my wife. The hotel didn't even tell me about it until I thanked them. Definitely would stay there again when I go back to visit!

Service in a kind way, clean room and quiet place

there is nothing I will complain about my stay. The warmth of the family who runs this 民宿， the service, the cleaniness, the mattress, the pillow... they all make you feel like home.

The beds were a little too soft. But this is down to personal preferences. Other than that, the service by the staff were excellent. Location was excellent woth Ruifeng Night Market and Hanshin Arena within 10 mins walk.

Luna's will definitely be on our list when we come back to Kaohsiung in the future!

Luna's House was an amazing experience. Steven and his staff were so friendly and kind and certainly went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. Rooms are very clean, location is great and I would highly recommend this guesthouse/hotel to anyone

Excellent place to be! The staff and owner were amazing - they gave us SO many things to see and do while we were there and tips on places we had planned later in the trip. The rooms were delightful! All different themes, very clean, spacious, and the hotel is really close to the MRT train line and downtown activities. Would stay there again!!

The place is close to subway station, 7-11, and a laundromat. when we leave, a staff drove us to the subway station with our loggeges.

It was a good experienced everything was good especially staff performance, they are very friendly and will explain to us 1 by 1 regarding security and room facilities. The theme for each room is different and it is nice! The only issue is limited parking lot, for those who driving need to consider about this.

Awesome facility, clean, nice location! Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Kaohsiung. High CP value, friendly staff, and very convenient. There is a famous night market nearby, food is great, you can find all the local Taiwanese food here.

Steven and his family were nice enough to wait past 11pm to check us in as our flight got delayed. Steven made check in very easy and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Steven responded quickly to any questions or inquiries we made had which made our stay even easier. The guest house was about 7 min walk from the subway station as well as a block away from a family mart. However, when checking out, Steven was nice enough to drive us to the closest subway station to avoid lugging our luggages during the hot day. I would highly recommend staying at Luna's guest house to anyone.

The room was clean and neat. Basic for a family. Location not so ideal, nearest is Kaoshiung arena, need to walk 8-10 mins. Not ideal to walk with luggage.

This is a small B&B run by a very nice family in a convenient location. It is on the other side of town in comparison to the airport, but taxi's are not very expensive (about 550 NTD during our trip - about $17 USD). Also, the B&B is only a 10 minute walk from the closest subway station (and the subway goes to the airport), so you could travel that way. The neighborhood has a mix of businesses and apartment buildings, including a couple of massage parlors if you would like a foot massage at night (these are up-and-up places), a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven close by, a couple of nice fruit sellers, a couple of small restaurants, a couple of German (!) restaurants, etc. As with most of Taiwan, the area feels very safe. The large "arena" and associated huge retail complex is just a few minute walk away. The Lotus Lake with lots of neat pagodas around the entire loop around the lake is just a little further. We stayed in the "largest" room with a double bed (really queen size). The room is in excellent shape (essentially new), is spotlessly clean, has a small couch, desk, small refrigertor, nice air conditioning, large bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, etc.. Each room has a different theme and that adds to the experience. Could not have asked for more! There is a small kitchen and table on the first floor with a coffee machine and coffee beans in the refrigerator - they encourage you to use it any time.

It is really a nice place for my family.

I had a WONDERFUL stay here! The staff is very nice and the rooms very unique. This is a family owned guesthouse/ hotel with each room designed around a different, fun theme. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities great. Steve, who is often at the front desk and the son of the owners is wonderful and speaks English. The rest of the staff speak minimal English- stil enough for me to be able to get by ( I do not speak Taiwanese or Mandarin) If you are looking for a typical hotel experience with a concierge and all this might not be the place for you. However, if you are looking for something fun, comfortable and unique near tourist attractions and the MRT this is a great place! Tip: If you do not speak Mandarin or Taiwanese take a taxi the first time you are looking for Luna's and give the driver the exact address of the place.There is no sign in English and can be easy to miss
