Love everything about this hotel! Keep up with all the good work :) Expecting to visit you guys again very soon.

The location is super convenient, being very close to Kaohsiung Main Station, but also walkable to other parts of the city. My room was cozy and comfortable, although it did not really have windows, so that can be disorienting at times. The hotel was able to hold my luggage before/after check-in/out. Staff were also friendly. This is a good homebase for a solo traveler who plans to be out for most of the day.

The room is spotless, and the staffs are very nice. I think this hotel deserves more than 3 stars. Very nice!

Not a bad place to stay just the parking is hard to find.

Pillow and bed mattress too soft

The hotel is quite near the Kaohsiung MRT station but abit inconvenient due to the construction at the station now. The room was clean but had problems with adjusting the room temperature and do not like the check-in process. Check-in was self-service. This is done on your mobile, including retrieving your own room key. Do not find this experience pleasant.

Check-in電子化是理解的，但明明櫃枱閒着，卻叫客人掃QR code，然後自行登記。我是早機到的，櫃枱說可先上網辦check-in, 下午夠鈡才取房，但下午取房時，還是要再一次掃QR code, 輸入個人資料，那早上填來幹嘛？ 另房是冇USB插頭的。也估計因人手不足，不是每天有人執房的。前提係我已亮執房燈，也沒有要求換床單，只希望有人倒垃圾，但結果都是隔天才有人收拾。

i booked a room with a window and i had a room with a window a size of an A11 paper. I loved the interior of the room. wish the room would be more well lit. this hotel is right across the station with nearby restaurants - will choose this place again

Room was clean, loved that they had laundry machines for me to use in the basement, you do have to pay for them though. The room was bigger than most other places which was nice. I did enjoy it being just a 2 minute walk to the train too.

It is right across the street from Kaohsiung main station, so you're minutes away from food options and if that doesn't work for you, you can just hop on the MRT. Room is wonderful, the AC gets VERY cool, and the showers had some of the strongest water pressure ive ever had in a hotel. The bad parts: I was able to reserve the room with my AMEX, but when i came to finalize booking, they do not accept AMEX as payment. This caused a bit of panic for me because had I known i would have transfered money to a different card first for payment. This hassle caused me to have to change some plans on my trip. Another problem i had was breakfast. It is not continental or buffet style, it is made to order and as such, you need to order it ahead of time. I wish this was explained to me at check-in as it was not. Otherwise, i was very impressed!

Pro: large room; clean; courteous front desk service overall; close to subway station; Con: overly open concept room made staying with another person awkward. Counterintuitive self-check in process as I still needed human intervention from the front desk to complete the procedure. This was annoying as the process took longer than necessary. Why even hire people to man the front desk if you insist on customers using self check-in first? Curtains weren't able to completely block out the sun in the morning.

The front-desk staff was so rigid with the check-in time of 3pm so we had to wait for another 15 minutes in the lobby area after we travelled through Kaoshiung heat-wave and we feel very sick at the time and looked weak and pale. The front-desk / reception staff did not show any compassion and friendly / smiling greeting when we arrived as well. She put us in the lobby for 15 minutes until 3pm...crazy and so inflexible approach.

It’s so convenient as it’s next to the train (MRT and local) station . The team is extremely helpful and I like the local breakfast . Very chic and modern deco

Friendly staff and god sized room

The staff here is the best. I really enjoyed my stay. It was a small hotel and the staff makes you feel like home. The shower pressure was great and so as the bed, I slept well there every night. Room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Papo'a.
