Park Taipei Hotel

Two reviews because I got two rooms for my extended family. Again, great hotel in ideal location. Really clean and roomy with attentive staff and perfectly located to easily move around Taipei. Bathrooms are large and beds comfortable. FYI, for whatever reason this hotel, along with the other 4 we stayed at in Taiwan, does not utilize hooks nor have dressers/drawers. Be prepared to live out of Suitcase. Not an issue per se, but odd.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a great location. Rooms and hotel pristine and roomy. Bathrooms have both shower and separate tub and bidet toilet with plenty of space. Hotel entrance is steps away from Exit 6 of the Daan Station on the Red Line. Getting around is easy. Plus located near major intersection with shops and restaurants and attractions nearby. There is even a Swensen's ice cream parlor/restaurant on-site and cafes and coffee stand steps away. Super secure with 24/7 staff and use of room key card needed to access floors and rooms. Easy location for uber/Taxi drop-off and pick-up out front.

Loved the location, the surrounding area, it's right outside the Da'an train station. And the view from our room us Taipei 101! Will stay again here

the location is so convenient

The location is great. The subway is downstairs at the gate. The staff is extremely helpful. Special thanks to the front desk staff Nancy. She’s very patient and helpful for our stay in Taiwan.

Clean room comfy bed. Convenient location near MTR. No breakfast but you can get a discount for breakfast in the downstairs restaurant.

It just out of the subway. Very convenient to Airport and everywhere. It is very clean. Toto Bidet toilet is available!

I had an amazing stay for 4 nights! Everything was very clean and the staff were very professional and nice. The only downside was that the card key could accidentally get deactivated if it gets too close to a smartphone, but the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly! The location was also very convenient. There is a MRT entrance for the red line literally right outside the hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay. First, the staff confused us with another guest and made us wait an unnecessarily long time to check in. After that, we were told to park in the hotel’s car park, only to find that it was already full. We had to pay to park elsewhere for our entire stay. When we informed the staff, we were simply told that if there were no spaces available, we would have to find parking ourselves. This response was unacceptable. We booked and paid for a room that included parking, but the hotel failed to provide the service we had paid for. Better management and communication are clearly needed.

A very clean comfortable spacious room, very quiet. Lots of eating options nearby but no room service. A very pleasant stay.

Clean and convenient location

A four-day trip, the hotel was not great—clean, bright, and although the bed wasn't big, the room was spacious. The location is excellent, very close to the MRT station. There are also convenience stores and snack shops nearby.

The elevator too old to use. Usually when insert the card late you will missing the flooring where u want to go.

Great location

Good location, the city is about an hour from the airport via the train (only about $5 USD) and then it takes one transfer to get to the hotel. Then, the hotel is m just a quick subway ride from everything you could want. We were here for only about 20 hours and were able to see a lot thanks to the hotel's location. Easy check in. After we checked out, the staff were able to hold our luggage until late in the afternoon so we could explore the city unburdened before our flight.

It was a great choice to stay here - amazing property, neighborhood and the MRT Station was literally secs from the front door.

Great location. Room is clean and well appointed. Although there’s no breakfast, it’s not a big deal since it’s easy to find breakfast elsewhere

It is in a convenient location, right next to the Daan Station (red and brown lines). The room is always spotless, and the staff is friendly. I have revisited every time I am in Taipei.
