Riverview Suites Taipei

Unable to control room air conditioning The weather were very cold during this trip, and i was no control of room temperature when i wanted to stay longer in the room. Appreciate if the hotel allow the guest to control their room temperature themselves

Staff was great.

Room was well equipped. Stay in the new tower it’s great. Reception area and breakfast room is old. Breakfast is very Asian - cold uncovered foods and not much selection. Also they begin cleaning up the food 15minutes before end time and will kick you out abruptly at end time on the dot. Check in staff was friendly and helpful.

Really lovely stay at Riverview Suites. We stayed in the new wing which didn't have a great view but so worth it given a large luxurious suite and a beautiful bathroom. Excellent location made it easy to navigate around the city and nightlife. Concierge was helpful, and breakfast comes with a breathtaking 270 degree river view!

New wing, newly renovated, morden, clean and spacious. The location is at the end of Ximending, very close to all the shops and restaurants, about 10 mins walk to the MRT station. The room rate it's lower than those in the neighborhood because it's a little farther from the station but not a bad choice if you are look for something new and comfortable and don't mind the walk.

Hotel was decent However the housekeeper needs to do a much better job at their Job‼️ Bed sheets weren’t changed in three days However they did clean the room especially the bathroom was Very clean so I’m grateful for that 😁 I know for a fact the sheets weren’t changed due to a stain that was there so I know they weren’t changed maybe the pillows weren’t either whatever Location is decent HOWEVER BE WARNED it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to the nearest MRT 😳🙄🙄NOT THE HOTELS FAULT, however it’s not close by The bell boy was very helpful and nice and the 2nd bell boy or man 😂the taxis are very clean and decent The Front desk staff is Extremely kind and Helpful 🌹🌹🌹🎍🎍🎍 Overall I give this hotel a B rating I’d probably never stay here again on the count if he MRT being far to walk more then 4 blocks away THANK YOU RIVER VIEW FOR YOU MAKING MY STSY A PLEASANT ONE🌹🌹🌹

i originally planned to stay for 2 nights only, but my room was so cozy and comfortable i decided to stay for a third night. that’s how great this place is : )

Quite good and comfy stay but a bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was included in with room rates, just the selection a bit lacking. Only the new wing we are staying in was nice and new but its entrance was through a back walkway to get to this new wing tower which is further away from reception and concierge.

Nothing spectacular . But reasonable choice with nice newly renovated interior

新館と旧館があるようで、泊まったのは新館で部屋も新しくゆったりとしていてよかった。MRT西門駅からも徒歩圏内で駅に行くまでに土産屋やマッサージ店も多い。レストランは鍋屋は多いが逆に普通のレストランやファストフード店、コーヒーショップなどは少ない感じ。

なんといっても朝食会場である本館最上階の眺めが素晴らしく、外での朝食も外せませんが、毎回朝食をつけています。バスルームを含め、部屋の広さも申し分なく、自分の家のように寛がせてもらっています。

房間整潔，服務態度良好！只住一晚沒有體會店內其他設施。
