Hotel is in good and convenient location-- walking distance to the night market. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and spacious. My group reserved 3 rooms. The other rooms were fine, but my room had a bathroom with a serious mold problem in the bathtub. I mentioned this to the staff, but hope my review encourages to clean this. That mold didn't appear overnight.

Traveller Hotel is also called Hostel. It is very cheap, and you pay for what you get. Although the hotel is very old, the rooms are clean and the hotel is well located in the city centre. The lobby of the hotel is actually a garage! There is no restaurant in this hotel. The afternoon receptionist is very helpful.

The hotel is located near the tourist centre, bus station and tourist express bus. On the whole, the hotel provided a night for your stay and that's all. If you do not expect high quality service and facility, it's probably a good choice for you to have a stay with relavantly a cheap price.

The hotel is well-located in city centre close to market, eateries and Ding-Dong bus terminals. The staff were friendly and Ms Carol Huang especially, provided excellent service. We wanted to call our Chishang minsu using the hotel's phone but Ms Huang told us we would not be able to do that with the minsu's phone number; she offered her own handphone instead. We are grateful to her. Such good service attitude deserves to be acknowledged.

Very convenient hotel in middle of the city. Staff I checked in with only offered optimal info but one I saw at night went to great lengths to help me book separate train journeys as direct Taitung to Taipei tickets were sold out.
