Very spacious room with private hotspring, hot and cold in the bath area. The public hotspring area is fantastic and clean. The swimming pool is very nice and clean, about 18m in length.

New hotel located close to New Beitou station. Room is very spacious with thoughtful design. The in-room onsen is in good size where you can bath in cold and hot onsen. The room price already included snack, happy hour and breakfast!

I chose this hotel for the first few nights after a transpacific flight because between travel and jet lag it’s hard to put up with a bad hotel afterward. This hotel exceeded expectations in every way: great breakfast, lovely spa and pool, thoughtful design, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, excellent location for hot springs. Perfect for a tired traveler, and as good a hotel as I have seen over 37 countries worth of travel.

The service was pleasant and the room was chic, new, and clean. However, the A.C. was not functioning at all. The staff tried to adjust it for us, but to no avail. It was 29°C and rather unbearable and as a result, we did not have a good night's rest.

It was our first visit to Beitou and chose to stay here since we heard good reviews for their Yilan branch. The place was more modest than expected but service was top notch.
The room is comfy for three of us and very clean and view was great. Location is also very central. The car drop off location is a bit tricky as it’s easy to miss.

Very close to MRT station and one block away from a market, multiple restaurants, and a 7-11.
The room was lovely as this is a new property and the breakfast buffet was fantastic in quality and selection. However, our bath water was not the white sulfur I expected and that is my only hesitation in staying here again.

房間整體而言算舒適，床很舒服，寶寶睡得很好，但管道間的隔音不好，時不時聽到流水聲，疑似樓上浴池泄水時發出的，可惜客房服務人員來看的時候正好沒有聲音，後續也沒有再來關心。
溫泉大眾池設備不錯，除了水，還提供蘋果、牛奶、茶、咖啡。
