Access and location is right in middle of 24-hour crowded Nana soi. The room is quite spacious. However, the major problem is the cleanliness - somehow you can always find baby cockroaches roaming around on table, inside cupboard, by the sink; it seems like the hotel hasn’t done pest control for a while. And the plumbing seemed to have a small leak, from whichever part, it made the floor wet under toilet and sink always wet.

Everything is nice, location is really good for hangout and party. Actually a bathroom is clean BUT I found so many cockroaches (exactly more than 3), I don't know where they're from. They should find some way to get rid of them. If you're not afraid of them, this hotel is value.
