Like people, measure of quality can be measured after difficult period, and in this, an earthquake shaking Bangkok for a day. After safely evacuating, whole area around the hotel were full of scared and confused people who rushed out to the streets. As other hotels around the area didn't do a thing for their hotel guests, MUU hotel staffs were busy handing out water and other drinks to everyone around the hotel waiting on the streets. Within 2 hours, hotel staffs were in full swing securing and cleaning rooms and common areas, and we were allowed to go back to our rooms. I witnessed how hard everyone at the hotel were working to ensure safety and giving out information which were hard to come by within few hours after.
MUU hotel takes pride in taking their customers like family. I experienced this first hand by people like Beam and GiGi at front desk, Concierge man who personally carried my bags to the hotel next block away, Duty manager and countless other staffs at the hotel treating their guests like true family member.
I've stayed at many hotels thru the years, both good and bad. MUU will forever change my perception of a true Thai hospitality. True measure of one's strengths is formed forever after an adversity. This earthquake experience has forever stamped MUU hotel as the best hotel staff in my 40 plus years of travel.
I have already changed my future hotel stays in Bangkok to ensure I go back to MUU hotel Thonglo.

Fabulous Hotel, with amazing staff. Our room was just perfect with the world's most comfortable bed. Everything about this hotel is 5 star, we were sad to only stay for 2 nights. Thank you to Gigi, Babe, K.Best and Woody for being so welcoming and helpful. Truly a delight in every way.

Well I frankly would not consider this place as a true 5 star hotel! The service is decent but definitely nothing like a real five star hotel, some hidden charges may happen like if you stain some of their towels with make up which was unexpected for me! The pool is amazing but no changing place, don’t really have a true spa and the gym is very small! But of course the room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit dangerous as the tubs are very high, not a good idea for fall risk guests, and the drain maybe older hence the bathtub drain doesn’t flow well, often gets a bit clogged! So probably won’t stay next time as we had a tremendous experience in Conrad Bangkok and the price difference was not significant!!

Staff are outstanding!
As mentioned in previous stay, plumbing in some rooms need to be repaired and updated. Property in general is in great shape and staff seem to everything in their power to keep it spotless.

Upon my arrival, stepping into the hotel, the energy was very special and welcoming with an invisible hug. The staff was always HAPPY & cheerful. I Especially enjoyed the knowledgable Concierges team. I especially enjoyed the Concierge with his signature Red Shoes. The rooms were wonderful, laundry service was excellent, near by restaurants & the Thai "Tiger" Massage were exceptional. Ww we there 1 week, and ate at different restaurants, also had Foot & Body Thai massages daily at differentlocations. Im looking forward to returning for a repeat experience

Convenient location next to 24 hour supermarket. Hotel offered free shuttle to subway station! Staff were very helpful & nice. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean and provided amenities needed during our trip.

The traffic is still hectic in Bangkok and I don't think it will get better soon. The property is 4 out of 5 in my scale as a city Hotel but you may want to choose somewhere closer to the centre to get less traffic.

A comfortable, small boutique hotel in the cool neighborhood of Thonglor. The staff were helpful and efficient. The rooms are large and clean. We had a suite with a fantastic terrace! Some small signs of wear and tear throughout the suite, and 4.5 stars out of 5 for room cleanliness. Small areas in the kitchen could have been better cleaned. A fabulous bar, 008, is definitely worth a visit. And the Eight Thonglor Mall next door is very convenient. Overall, a very comfortable 3 night stay!

The hotel was well located, well appointed and, well, wonderful. Suriya, the concierge, was very helpful in planning our days. We enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner at Otto. We were surprised the jacuzzi was not, in fact, a hot tub, though the location and the pool were lovely. It was not a long walk to the sky train and there were lots of local restaurants and massage places.

My stay at Muu Bangkok was nothing short of amazing. I was generously upgraded to a fantastic suite overlooking a quiet side of the city. The suite was spacious, with a comfortable couch, a bar area, a large bathroom with a bathtub, and an incredibly large double bed that made for a great night’s sleep.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. I also loved the pool area—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for soaking up some sun. The jacuzzi offered stunning views of the city, adding to the overall experience.
I would 10/10 stay at Muu again on my next visit to Bangkok. It truly felt like a home away from home!
