A very good hotel close to the center of Nana. Breakfast is great. Rooms at the Sky Wing are perfect. The Square Wing has more basic and simple rooms. The shower is very good, always warm/hot water. When I'm in Bangkok, I'm always in this hotel.

Bathroom in the room is poorly designed. Every time we took shower, the whole bathroom was flooded. I called 2 days on the row for repairs of drainage. Never was repaired. Took 📸.

Hotel stay was great as always. Ambassador is right in the middle of all the night life on sukhumvit.
Only drops 1 star because the AC was so loud. Also if your on the wring wing you can hear all the noise from outside till early hour's in the morning

I stayed there for over a week and really liked it. To be honest, it wasn't my first choice, but I booked it last minute because of its proximity to a facility I was visiting. Despite my initial hesitation, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
First of all, it's much more affordable than other hotels in the area. I stayed in the new tower, which was clean and well maintained. Room service was excellent, and I was especially impressed by how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Every encounter was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to help.
While there aren't many in-house dining options, the area is surrounded by restaurants, so I didn't really miss it. The location is also convenient, close to a subway station with easy access to taxis and rideshares.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable but good-quality option.

Stayed at Ambassador Hotel Bangkok and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Sukhumvit, close to shopping, restaurants, and the BTS. The staff was polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good value for money for a central Bangkok stay.

Miserable decor, jaded employees, no service provided without pulling teeth. There was a sewage smell coming through the vents every afternoon lasted for hours. The shower had a loud squeal and was held together with slipshod tape. No water pressure and no hot water. Called concierge for help with a luggage trolley. Waited 10 minutes and nobody came; called front desk again and waited again for the trolley. Never came. Hauled all my suitcases down myself so as not to be late for checkout. Power went out one day and the lifts were unavailable so had to walk up and down the four floors to my room. They were doing construction and reframing every day so there was loud machinery and banging, which also created a lot of dust and debris in common areas. When you go out the front entrance there is a massive community smoking section used not just by guests but also merchants and surrounding tourists. You have to walk through cigarette and marijuana smoke each time. The rooms are dim and depressing. The television did not work.
