Beautiful place on the beach the manager was fantastic and always so kind and willing to help you with anything. They arranged tours very well and travelling to and from the property, my little bungalow in front of the beach was just fabulous. They do have a pool it’s not open yet they’re working on it but it’s a beautiful pool when it’s down it will be fantastic.

Super fint läge precis vid vattnet och många restauranger att välja på. Fanns nära till lite shopping. Rummet var okej men fanns lite fläckar på sängkläderna och vattnet tog lång tid på sig att rinna ner i brunnen o samma med toaletten men man sover trotts allt bara där så de funkade absolut för oss. Poolen var inte speciellt städat mycket smuts men skönt att man hade nära till stranden o bada där. Frukosten var bra. Servicen vad de som vi upplevde som minst bra tyvärr, vi fick ingen info angående frukost tider, städning eller att man skulle hämta vatten o toalettpapper själv. Alltså slutsats att de inte var så hjälpsamma men annars är vi super nöjda o super fint o fått se koh chang

We stayed in Apple twice last year in a family seafront room and it was excellent.This year although the room had been repainted everything seemed much more run down.Bedding was clean but looking old.However the staff are all very friendly and helpful.Not very fond of the cockroaches in the bathroom.

We paid aroung 100 a night for an icean view. Everything was old. The bed linens, the towels, the room, the patio,...everything needed an update. we stayed 2 nights. There were 1 other group then us. i think we were the only guests in the hotel one night. Our room included breakfast, which was never offered and if it was, who knows how fresh the food was. I understand that it is low season, but there are no excuses for how this place looked. The deck chairs were filthy and sweeping the sand off of the deck would be nice. There was a resort a few doors down that was completly empty, but it looked great and tidy and they even swept the beach. But i wanted a room "ON THE BEACH", and i got that. Apple has some very affordable rooms, and i get it, but a little pride in appearance would go a long way.

I chose to stay here for 3 nights but it ruined my vacation. The rooms was not well maintained. The bathroom drain was clogged. Staff's children play in the pool everyday. Staffs gathering, drinking and smoking by the pool in the evening every night. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

The staff is so Not service minded, they are almost rude some times (except for to guy in blue shirt running the place and the cleaning guys, they are kind and good. Same with the lady’s who works in the massage area). The staff also have kids running around and screaming half of the night and early mornings… worst coffe I ever had in breakfast. Breakfast not worth 100 bath.

The staff is really not service-minded, almost ”rude” sometimes and talking bad or no English from Cambodia. The bed is ok with Thai-standard (hard but not the worst I’ve slept in, the rooms are very loudly (paper walls), breakfast was nothing I would recommend with probably the worst coffee in Thailand. You need to ask them to ”clean” the rooms but they are understaffed so it can take up to a hole day to get the room cleaned. The location is good, pool okey but cold.

Totally disorganized. Booked a room with a pool view an got put into a room way at the back looking out into a jungle. No remote control for the AC. Had to remove key fob to turn off, which, left me with no other power.
