Rude staff and no to nil options for breakfast. The towels were worn out and if you ask to change that, wants 50baht for that, no extra toilet rolls in toilet, you have to go at reception and ask for that.

I stayed here for a week before this stay. Worth it. Shopping areas close by. Hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was always polite and friendly.

Nice size unit, quiet and clean. Staff was always polite and helpful. I booked back in for a few more days after my next hotel.

Skipped breakfast; it felt cold, lacking a warm tray to keep the food warm.

The lounge area was very hot and unpleasant. The breakfast was not good at all and offered little variety.

The only problem is the AC. They don't want to issue key cards for the purpose of keeping th AC running. There is also a miscommunication amongst staff on check out time sometimes.

Dirty room, dust and hair all over the floor. Breakfast is almost like red cross, non existent. Staff seem like they do not want to be there. Overall very poor experience

Adding a microwave to the kitchen would be nice, other than that it was a decent hotel and I had a pleasant stay.

I went to the hotel and asked for early check in for my friend a few days before he was due to arrive and they wanted an extra 1500 baht (£35) and refused to budge on the price. The receptionist and the manager were also very unfriendly and did not say hello back when I greeted them because they were to busy. You can easily get a room for the night for that price ie the Boutique and Bravo City Hotel across the road with a better service, breakfasts and over a hundred rooms which cost around 1000 baht (£22) per night. When my friend arrived he was charged 750 baht. It would seem the Asana hotel just makes up the price to suit their moods. My suggestion is to book elsewhere as this hotel will also charge for late check outs and etc unlike the Boutique and Bravo City Hotel where I stayed that lets all my parties check out 2 hours later without any issues with a gym, pool and free beach towels.

The place is would be nice for a couple, easy to find dinner place, close to walking-street, just only An elderly man staff stared at me and my husband with an unfriendly and disrespectful gaze. Even though I am a customer who comes to stay at the hotel. But the two female employees are very cute. Both service and speaking are good.

Rooms are very nice same as staff

Like the spacious room and spacious toilet with bathtub. Location is good if you spend the night near the main pubs as it walking distance. Price is a little high considering the room, amenities and bedlinen is quite basic, similar to a 3-star hotel. We do get a bit irritated when the staff kept calling to chase us out exactly at 12 noon, even though the whole hotel is empty. At a more upmarket hotel, we could easily request for a slightly later checkout at 1pm.

Overall stay was good but inside no have cabinet , my room no was -418

Just a kilometer away from walking street or Soi LK Metro makes this comfortable hotel a good base to explore the gogo bars of Pattaya. Nice staff, clean rooms with fridge, and good location.

I thought the staff was very helpful and polite, the room where the cleanest I have ever stayed in . I will be using again

Didn't like they only five u one key and you can't keep air conditioning on while making short or long outings. Breakfast was not great selection and quality was low. No small face towels available. Only one sheet on two small beds pulled together to make a big bed.

staff was very.rude and.argumentative when it came to safety deposit refunds. room was never swept as there was hair on the floor when i checked in and subsequently pieces of hair remained on the floor even though they "serviced it" everydady

We found the hotel to be quiet at night with little noise from local nightlife.We foung a very good seafood restaurant nearby. There is a local market next door 3 times a week.Not too far a walk to get to the beach at Pattaya, a short walk then a cheap shared taxi gets you to Jomtien beach. Would happily stay at the hotel again.Breakfast is not brilliant but is okay.Good wifi.
