The hotel staff are lovely, but there is only one roll of tissue paper in the bathroom, no facial tissue. The kitchen is not gas-powered, but there are plates, bowls, and spoons, but no rags. The bed is quite sunken. What I like most is that the bathroom is clean and usable, with very strong water pressure. Overall, the furniture and room design are very good compared to the price.

.-Dear b2 pano Residency Management Team, I am a regular customer at b2 pano Residency and have always enjoyed my stays with you. Recently, I booked a room in the highest category, expecting the quality and comfort associated with it. However, I was placed in a lower-category room, despite having paid for the highest option. I was informed there was a lack of availability for the room I booked, even though my booking had been confirmed. I understand that availability can sometimes be challenging, but I was disappointed, as this did not align with the service I've previously experienced at b2 pano Residency. Implementing a clear policy or providing suitable compensation, like a rate adjustment or a future upgrade, could make such situations feel fairer and more transparent. Thank you for considering my feedback. I look forward to seeing how this process might improve for loyal guests like myself, and I hope to continue my relationship with b2 pano Residency. Stay at b2 often in Hua Hin. But the service is very different. We made a reservation for 3 people. But prepare 2 towels. Call to request 1 more piece. The staff informed that only 2 pieces per room were given. Not enough parking Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. and will not stay again

The receptionist frowned as if he was angry at someone. There was no service mind. Stayed for 2 nights. On the 2nd day, the staff came and knocked on the room and asked to clean it. But we inform you that it is not convenient to do so right now. The male cleaning staff came again and opened the room, so I was very shocked. It's good to stay with my girlfriend. If it is a single woman, it is considered very dangerous. There is no privacy and how can you enter the room? We didn't put up a sign saying to clean it at all.
