Super clean and comfortable room, lovely and helpful staff. Located in a nice and quiet area that is about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Chaing Rai. Would highly recommend this hotel. There is free tea, coffee and bananas in the mornings.

Clean, modern, fairly small hotel. Ten minute walk to center of town. Tucked at the end of a street that you need to hunt for, but very safe to get to even at night. Noise from some nearby nightspot on Fri. and Sat. nights, but otherwise quiet. Staff was very helpful and recommended a few great places we would not have gone to on our own. Aircon good. Our room had patio-type windows which gave it a larger, airier feel. Shower pressure and temp adequate. Bed hard (like most in Thai hotels) but sheets/pillows clean. Offered free coffee/tea/cocoa, crackers and bananas in lobby area in morning.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the shower is decent.
The morning receptionist is lovely and very friendly, the other staff are OK.
The location could be better as it’s a 10-20 minute walk to the main areas of town, but if you don’t mind the walk then it’s good as it’s on a quiet street.

Hotel was great for our purposes, we had a vehicle which we could park on hotel car park for free. The staff really nice, friendly and helpful. Clean room and comfortable with wifi. Close to night market and eating square. Great place as a base to visit the white temple, the Karen long neck tribe and the Golden Triangle. Would stay again, free coffee in reception.

Typical 2 star Thai accommodation. Far away from where you want to be. Surrounding roads under construction. Shower hose separated from the head (I Macguyvered a fix). Shower not draining. Noisy bar fridge. Power went out for an hour or so in the morning. Staff speak limited English but try to help. Bottom line is you can do better elsewhere.

Nothing is really close to the hotel,except for a couple of local Thai restaurants around the corner.
Not 0.5km from city center,takes about 15 min of walking on a dusty road with poor lighting.
Good hotel if you want it quiet and away from the city though.

The staff was great - very helpful and always answered any questions I had. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel location is a little away from the main street, so it is quiet. Be careful if you are walking in the evening, the stray dogs can be a little aggressive. It is about a 15 minute walk to bus station 1.
