It s ok for one overnight transit. Close to airport, basic, not expensive! Bit run down but clean. Service was good and pleasant at the front desk. Area ok . Only downfall they don t answer emails or answer the phone so impossible to organise shuttle from airport so just take a taxi , it s cheap anyway. Good shuttle though to go to airport.

The pool was outside our door. It was lovely! The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious!

Nice place to stay . Close to the Airport .nice little market at the end of the road easy walking distance . we have staed here a few times now always have to stay here

There were small crawly bugs all over the room, in between sheets and all over bed. Crawling on luggage when we woke up.

This was a good transit hotel not far from the airport. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes which was great. The hotel seems to have been refurbished with a new look. The AC was cold, shower was hot, and the internet worked well. I'd stay there again if I'm just passing through Bangkok.

Close to the airport, clean and comfortable with a decent restaurant. The perfect place when you have to overnight before flying out.

It was a little bit confusing, figuring out how to get the free shuttle. I had tried to call the hotel but none of the numbers worked. I asked that an information booth and saw there was an area where you stood and waited, which I did and it worked OK it got me to the hotel but then when I got there I had to have someone help me get the air conditioning to work. The deadbolt on the door did not work and the water in the shower was not hot. I was only there for a few hours as I had to leave for the airport at 1 AM for a 3 AM flight but really all I wanted was a comfortable bed for a couple of hours in a hot shower and I got neither.

A place to sleep, nothing more, outdated buildings, there is an excellent shuttle service to the airport, a good place before and after a flight if you don't like luxury and pampering

I am going to tell you what I wish someone would have told me before I booked this hotel. Shuttle: I don't know if the provide the shuttle to the "hotel", it was confusing as they don't have a phone number to contact them. They do have a shuttle from the hotel to the airport it runs every 30 minutes our was like 15 minutes late to the airport. I took a Grab from the airport, just make sure you go to the right place to get the Grab. Property name, When you arrive to the property, it is not called BS Residency rather it has another name, beware. Check in, It was raining very hard, where the Grab dropped me was another lobby look alike and nobody was there. It had a sign saying "follow the walkway" talking about super confusing info. There is one to the left another to the right. They need it to specify an arrow in what direction. It was 2 building away from there. Room: They have everything you need, the AC works good. The room was clean, there was a fridge. They also have telephone you can call the front desk if you need to. I think the room was too pricey for what you got.

Loved everything, the area is near airport but not alot of resturant

Its ok for an airport hotel. But the bathroom was horrible.

Close to the airport, breakfast buffet was ok, pool was clean and refreshing.

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The toilet was not secured to the floor and moved when using, I reported this to staff and it seemed they did not know.

This hotel room is wide for just 1 person, pool and garden view. There is a shuttle bus service from/to airport. Near the hotel, there are local and super markets. Very convenient location!
