I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and the service was great. The room was beautiful ans immaculate. The location was perfect. I cant wait to come back to stay again. Literally only complaint was the windows. They open up without screens and there is nothing stopping you or a child from jumping out. There is no protection from that at all. We were on the 17th floor so we had to leave the shades closed the whole time as we were traveling with our 3 and 5 year old. If they make the windows unable to open or put screens in, the hotel would be an 11 out of 10.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of our kids had her bday when staying and they brought a cake and left balloons and card. We had a great time here. Lots of food options nearby and the street is not busy for Bangkok. Also, a free shuttle service to drop you at local points of interest.

Night time fun at pool bar with speciality drinks, food and music. Our servers, Guitar, Aor, Pond, and AR were excellent! We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it so clean and spacious. We would stay again next time in Bangkok.
