Had another great start at the Chillax 😎 this is in an ideal location for a tourist. Near to Khao San Road but still quiet and not near the craziness!! Perfect location for other tourist attractions. Lovely roof top pool and breakfast. Staff are great and friendly. Would recommend 👍

Hot tub in the room with just a curtain around the whole bathroom is not my cup of tea. The whole feel of the place is slightly seedy. A “Balcony” that’s not a balcony, it’s a large window with a sign saying don’t go out, but also with an ashtray out there! Very odd lol
Not the greatest area but close enough to most attractions or transport to them. The staff I didn’t find were that friendly. Most of them seemed uninterested in dealing with people or solving any issues. Wouldn’t stay there again but not the worst I’ve stayed in either.

Great place for a short stay visit to Bangkok. The rooftop pool was enjoyable - whilst you can get much fancier hotels in Bangkok, i would reccommend this hotel for a short stay.

I was traveling with my partner for his birthday and this was our last stop in Thailand. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well, really important when it’s so hot outside. The surrounding area was right in the heart of everything. We walked to the local shops, markets, restaurants and everything was basically at your front door. We would recommend this place and will hopefully be back again soon! They welcomed us with drinks and even surprised my fiancé with a cake and gift to our room shortly after we checked in. They were wonderful and every amenity they provided was thoughtful and came as promised. This place was better than what we expected and we were so happy to end our trip here.

Great walkable location to the National Museum and the river taxi. Very quiet, our room was directly above the main entrance and we never heard any street noise. Great pool area with a working bar and lots of lounge chairs. The breakfast buffet was fresh with plenty of choices.

I had a big issue with this hotel during my stay
The issue was I was only there for 1 night I could of happily stayed for a week , such a good hotel, great room, great breakfast amazing location and of course amazing staff.
I used to stay at Buddy Lodge when I'm in this area but now this will be my go to hotel in this area

Decent hotel in a convenient location, close to the market. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast options were good, offering a nice variety to start the day. However, I did experience a couple of issues during my stay. After a 26-hour journey and arriving at 2 AM, I would have appreciated a warmer and more patient welcome from the receptionist. Unfortunately, they came across as quite rude and unwilling to answer my questions, which left a disappointing first impression. Additionally, the shower temperature was inconsistent, suddenly turning scalding hot every few minutes, which was uncomfortable.
Overall, it's a good hotel with potential, but a little more attention to customer service and maintenance would make a big difference.

Great place if you want to have nice isolated stay. Old phuket is only 10 min drive. its away from crazy of the sexy street. My only issue is the beach nearby are not clean and usable
