On arrival/check in the receptionist ‘Toon’ was fantastic in making sure our stay would be as we expected.
There was a slight booking issue (no fault of either us or Doubletree) & Toon took care of that efficiently & satisfactorily.
The Hotel itself was as we had hoped. The staff are great.

Room wasn’t quite ready for our 3pm check in. Had to wait 30/45 mins. Not really a big problem. The receptionist ‘Toon’ was very very good and made sure any issues were dealt with very smoothly. She has single handedly made our experience pleasant.

This was my first time staying at the Doubletree in Sukhumvit on business travel. What a seamless check-in experience! I had a late check-in, so the warm cookie was a nice touch (especially so after a long day of work!) Great location with just a short 5 min walk to the train station. The room was impeccably clean. Breakfast buffet also has a great selection of food. I hope to be back soon :)

The staff are friendly and welcoming
the one and only issue and it’s a personal one I thought the bed was uncomfortable it was too lumpy and pillows were too soft

We stay at this hotel regularly and the staff are always attentive and helpful. The only thing that has changed, is the increase in deposit for your stay. Otherwise, we will still continue to stay at this hotel.

Always an amazing stay here. Stayed here multiple times as I find their beds comfy, the service great, and it's a perfect location without the noise of Bangkok at night. This time, I stayed on my birthday, and they set up the room for me. Plus, offered me an opera cake the night of my stay. Definitely will be coming back

All the staff were very friendly and always had time to chat and make us feel welcome. We ate sometimes in the restaurant and the food was always excellent.
The concierges were great sorting out taxis for us and making the whole process of going to a particular place really easy. All in all a great experience.

We booked a three-night trip to Bangkok to start off our three-week Thailand holiday and the DoubleTree didn’t disappoint. It’s perfectly located in the centre of Sukhumvit with a train station and two shopping centres a short walk away and the hotel is beautiful. Great big rooms, amazing breakfast and wonderful pool. The staff everywhere were so helpful and lovely. We will definitely be back!
