Great property. Spacious rooms. Right on North Pattaya Beach. Pools are excellent. Tennis courts in great condition. No real complaints, other than not many channels on the television and they are not smart TVs, but who goes to Pattaya to watch TV anyways.

Spent 3 nights here, lobby and grounds are very beautiful. Very good breakfast. We had a cocktail in the bar and it was probably the best mai tai I've had! We also had a meal near reception, lovely thai food. Very comfy beds in pool area. Bedrooms are as others have said, a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Bed large and comfy. I found the pillows a bit soft, spoke to recepion, and a firmer one brought up straight away. All of the staff were very polite. Great stay.

2nd visit - The hotel is impressive. Great pools, private beach access. Staff very friendly. Room nice bed excellent. Food very good. Sea view room worth it. Would certainly stay again. Close enough to Pattaya beach nightlife.

But...there was an Indian tour group on one wekend, mainly guys who were quite a nuisance...Not ideal for a supposedly family orientated hotel!
