Luxurious from the moment you enter the hotel. The staff are friendly, smiling, and provide good service. The bed in the room is comfortable to sleep in. The room is next to the sea with a view of Pattaya Beach all the way. I came to stay to run the Bikini Run. It is very convenient. After running, I took the elevator to rest. I did not have to walk or drive far to rest. I was very impressed.

We are very satisfied with the hotel service. I come with my mom and my little son 4 years old, room is clean and have sea view, downstairs is big shopping mall, very convenient. Hotel lobby outside have big pool, my son was be there whole days to play and swimming, nice time in pattaya!

The executive club room was an excellent choice. Gorgeous room and view. The pool has the best view ever but unfortunately we didn’t use it because it was too cold. It doesn’t get much sun in December. It would probably be great in April when it’s really hot. The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff. Special mention to Jet on the welcome desk. He was always so happy and helpful and goes out of his way to assist. Also a shout out to Ploy who looked after us everyday in the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea. The Hilton are very lucky to have these two staff members on their team. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, food, rooftop view and definitely the staff.

Would describe the room as partial ocean view, whihc is not what were expecting to be provided. Room service came in unannounced. No door knock, nothing. This felt more like a 3 star hotel than 5. Location is about the only thing it has going for it. Close to Walking Street and 6th Street which I think are the main attractions sites for folks. 20-30 minutes of walking to most locations.

This is not Hilton standard! Bad noise isolation, can hear loud the next room using the shower at night and car from the street. Very old and room decorating Not worth the high price!

Staff wasn’t so helpful at all….. wife was having stomach cramps and I asked the staff to translate it to Thai but they said no and use the translation app instead. I wanted to make sure the pharmacist understood what I was saying and not leave it to google translate (always messes up)
