Perfect location to temples, street food, and the viral fern forest cafe. I stayed 5 days, I do wish there was a couple drawers for clothes, There was only a long bar/counter for my items but other than that it was perfect.

This is my fifth hotel. I’ve stayed in in Thailand on this trip alone. And it was my absolute favorite. It is super trendy. The rooms are very spacious and very clean and modern. The area right around the hotel is really trendy and lively, and has lots of options of things to do. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Chaing Mai and I plan on looking into their other properties because I would choose them anytime I can.

The staff were amazing, can't say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was there. The breakfast meals were delicious and you couldn't ask for more of a spread. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, my wife did not have any issues with her back as is the case with most beds we have come across while traveling.

This hotel was in a very good location right across the street from the wall and moat around the old town. The rooms were large and clean. There was a good breakfast with cooked-to-order eggs, waffles, and pancakes plus other items.

My adult kids and I have enjoyed our stay for 5 nights. The room was simple yet comfortable and clean. I think would have been better with a few more items in the room such as another chair (only one chair for a 3-people room) and night stands next to the beds as there were no place to put anything next to you). We've appreciated the free water bottles in the rooms and in the lobby, but would have been better if they had a drinking fountain (with filtered water) in the lobby to refill reusable bottles as I don't like using so much plastic. I also like the convenient location as it was walking distance to so many places (it's just outside the Old City wall and a 10 to 15-minute walk to the center and to so many night markets). And if don't feel like walking, it was easy to grab a Grab car (similar to Lyft/Uber)...cheaper than taking tuk tuks which was fun but I think they overcharge tourists (I haggled one time and it worked). There's also a small plaza right in front with a bar/restaurant and couple of fast food places (American) which we were not interested but we've visited the nail salon which was really nice. I also recommend Fern Forest Cafe (really close to hotel) and its spa place called Calm Massage. ATM, pharmacy and a small grocery store (had to go to these places) were also nearby.
