In Touch Resort

This was such a lovely resort the location was amazing. Really comfortable bed.

I stayed in a “superior” bungalow which basically means I had aircon instead of just a fan. Although the bungalow was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable, the place could have been made so much better if it had a fridge. I’ve stayed in cheaper places which have had fridges. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when I extended my stay by a day. The location is perfect. A night walk from the busy parts so not noisy. I would definitely stay here again but would probably just go for the cheaper bungalow with a fan.

I had booked initially a superior bungalow however I had not read correctly its amenities. We like to have cold drinks and space to hang clothing. We decided to upgrade to one of the standard rooms which gave us everything we needed. Jasmine was friendly and informative and went out of her way to make sure we had an excellent stay. The beach is at the quieter end of satire beach and I loved the fact that I could snorkel on the reef directly from the resort. I would defiantly go again as this is a great place to relax .

Bungalow and location was awesome, restaurant food was ok but edible. Staff was slow but the electricity noise was overwhelmingly loud. Had to wear earplugs to sleep.

Lovely private beach and pool area. Beautiful to sit on the beach and watch the stars in the evening. Friendly and helpful hotel staff too.

The "In Touch" has several types of rooms. I thought I had reserved one of the more modern, updated rooms but ended up with a run down cottage with AC that barely worked. Room was very run down, walls were dirty, bathroom barely had water pressure and smelled bad, furniture old and rickety, and towels were thread bare. Restaurant was good and the service was good. Beach location was wonderful. Hotel is a bit of a walk to the heart of Sairee but I liked that because it was quieter than being in town.

The location of InTouch was great- right on the beach and a short walk to restaurants, bars, tour operators and massage places. Not too close to the bars that you missed the noise. We had problems with the aircon leaking, and then were moved to another room where we had issues with the toilet flushing. All in all though the rooms were spacious, well cleaned each day and in a top location.

Room was so hot. Staff was ok. Ant families everywhere and spiders.

Good location and service but a bit to warm in room with just a fan. Also no heat in shower (which didn't bother us so much).

Very good, comfortable and spacious. Kept cool. Little bit dirty, but nothing horrendous. Good value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay at in touch. I really enjoyed my stay at in touch The staff was very helpful in booking my ferry ticket. Make sure to get the superior room, as the standard bungalow had no television or fridge.

We visited with our family 2 adults + 5 children in the In Touch resort deluxe rooms. We found the deluxe rooms as very clean, comfortable and well decorated. In Touch resort located in the heart of Sariee beach, The main beach in Koh Tao and from my opinion the most beautiful in Koh Tao… especially during sunset. In Touch Resort having an excellence restaurant, with a unique location on the beach, with a great food tastes and fair prices. Suchana is the In Touch Resort owner and general manager. Suchana gave us the best service from the first minute. Suchana willing to help in any issue. In the third day our son had a fever. She came to our room with a special Thai soup, she took a wet towel and chilled his body, Suchana behave to our son like her son. In the last night the fever of our son continued, We asked Suchana at midnight to precede our ferry to Samui to 6 AM in order to get as soon as possible to Samui hospital. At midnight she did everything she can, she changed the ferry tickets, called the taxi driver. She waked up early at 5 AM in order to help us, and she even brought some fruits to our son before leaving. After we left Koh Tao, Suchana called the hospital in Samui to check how are son is filling. Thanks god, he felt better after all. After staying in the In Touch resort we better understand why this place received a fabulous rate by reviewers. In Touch resort is definitely fabulous. Thank you Suchana and In Touch resort team. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad hat mit Lüftung etwas modrig gerochen, haben diese dann aber einfach nicht eingeschalten. Neuer Pool wurde eröffnet, Personal sehr freundlich. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Hafen. Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung

Best possible location, nice pool, friendly staff. Excellent restaurant at the beach. The bed was unfortunately very very hard so I had difficulties to sleep. Everything else was perfect but bed is quite a major thing
