The plane of my friends was delayed by 5 hours so that we could not drive to our accommodation in Phetchaburi, but had to stay near the airport instead. Unfortunately we could not get any refund.

Poor receptionist service. The room is like not doing. Yellow sheets have a foul odor. In the bathroom there are toilet paper used.
