Stat not so welcome , breakfast I paid for I advise you to skip ridiculous portion of cheese cut , , the A/c in the room is so noisy you can t sleep , staff not helpful I stay on day less than planned

Best Service in Thailand we stayed in multiple well know 5 star brands across Thailand and nothing compares to the club level service at Lancaster Nuchy and the rest of staff where fantastic, Hotel had a great location with the best access to airport and multiple options to spread across Bangkok after multiple Bangkok hotels this will be the only one we will come back for seconds too!

Excellent high class hotel in busy Bangkok that is near to a metro. This hotel is really luxurious and worth the price. It's my second time staying here and will definitely come back, given the chance.

I ate breakfast in the restaurant on the ninth day and I had pineapple and was rushed to the hospital was out $1500 and spent the night in the hospital hotel did not try to compensate me in any way. Furthermore, they charge me for dry cleaning that I did not request so I would not break this High hotel well. Their hospitality was not the best considering I spent the night in a hospital was out of US$1500 they said nothing they laid rose on my bed and that was it and get well and still asked me for another thousand after someone came over to me and lounge and asked to stay to sign my credit card receipt on an American Express platinum, which I thought was very unusual.

I’ve stayed at the Lancaster twice now and it’s my favourite place to stay in Bangkok.

Great experience, i didn’t know what to expect at first when looking at the listing but i can guarantee you that it’s worth every penny. The bed was huuge!

It was my birthday on the last week of May, upon my arrival back to the room from dinner, I noticed a slice of cake that said “ Happy birthday”. Thank you to the staff and crew for the birthday cake.
