Overall, okay, okay, rating 6 out of ten, but the room is a bit too dusty, not sure if the housekeeper does not clean or what, on the mattress, there is nothing like human hair and there are cat or dog hair on it. The bedside table, so we had the maid come to clean it again and mop the new room, the floor seems to have not been mopped.

No staff at night The room key card cannot be used to open the hotel door. Had to wait until the light was opened for the maid who entered the event I do not understand why the hotel does not put a "do not disturb" sign in order not to interrupt the guest's sleep. Paper sign, it shouldn't cost much and should have for a place called a hotel ... Book through the app, payment has a receipt. But the information does not enter the hotel system You have to waste time to show evidence and not get a high-class room as requested (only on the 3rd floor).

Good accommodation with adequate parking, elevator, convenient check-in-check-out and polite service, good room, cool air conditioner, big refrigerator and good cooling, strong flowing water, clean bathroom, no bad smell, may have stains from Some usage and sheets / blankets may have stains, stains that are stubborn, may not be washed off. The downside is that the pillows are too low, pillows are very flat and there are only 2 leaves. Breakfast is a set menu. Not a buffet during the stay.
