The property is a little dated & could do with a freshen up but overall I couldn’t fault my stay. The rooms are cleaned daily & you get fresh sheets & towels daily. The pool area needs a little love put into it. I would stay again though.

We were given room 223 which was okay but basic. The main problem was our room backed onto another hotel with the coach parking underneath our bedroom window. Coaches were coming and going all hours of the evening and morning so very little sleep.

The room and bed were as depicted. Cleaning staff did well, daily. The hotel has a lift and it is functional.
The staff were reasonably polite and accomodating.
The hotel and its appointments were in disrepair. Shower had warm, not hot, water. Air con was poorly maintained and aggravated allergies. TV was old CRT with not maintained cable cord for snowy channels.
With nominal maintenance and repair, it could easily be a 2 star facility. 3 star with superior service and amenities.
