The property is conveniently located near the entrance of walking street. The staff is great and were very helpful and accomodating. The room was adequate for a place to sleep but this is not a 5 star hotel with all the latest amenities. Old fashioned key system, small elevator, poor wifi-system, and antiquated bed were the bad notes. Awesome location, safe thanks to staff, great staff people, great housekeeping crew, and just a good place for the money you pay. If this hotel would do a renovation, it would be 5 stars.

I enjoyed my stay at Mike hotel the beach is opposite and plenty of food and action especially at night.

Nothing wrong

Clean and comfortable in great location (but not quiet). Single male stayed for seven nights in a deluxe room. Room was spacious (huge), clean and comfortable with everything I needed, plus the bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. Only negatives were the quality of furnishings in the room and quality of bathroom fittings: some things appearing cheap and fragile. Plus there is a housekeeping station on each floor with a telephone (unattended) and it rang constantly every morning as front desk wanted to communicate with housekeeping: in 2023 there has to be a better way!!! Walking Street is nearby, but is so overrated and one visit was enough…fortunately lots of other entertainment and dining options are within a reasonable walking distance…but if you are lazy, just catch the 10 baht bus.

Nice hotel with nice staff. I am staying here since 1987. Will stay soon in future.

Dirty area around the hotei

Moi. Jos sijaintia etsii läheltä Walking Street ja palveluja, on tämä hotelli valintani jatkossa. Erittäin avulias henkilökunta. Hotellissa hyvä allas, hyvät huone, ruoka ja pesula palvelut yms. Siisteys ok. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Ilmastointilaitteet vanhoja ja vähän meluisia. TV urheilu kanavien valikko suppea.

I liked the pool.

It was very centrally located. The pool was undergoing maintenace, which was a shame, but they have a great area around the pool with great views of the bay.

The room was clean and nice. The main problems I had with the venue was the poor WiFi. I had to get a different WiFi password for each device, instead of being able to use multiple devices on the one password. Also, the WiFi disconnected every hour and I had to reconnect. Also, the elevator goes to the ground floor, but only with access being allowed by the front desk, so guests have to walk up and down the main stairs every time they enter or leave the venue.

I liked the convenience. You can catch the taxi going one way at the front door and the other way at the back. You can walk to many places. I have stayed there several times.

Nice and friendly staff, breakfast provided every morning which was nice. Awesome pool. However, washclothes and hand towels are not provided. We just requested some pool towels and baught a washcloth at the 7-11 nearby.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at in Pattaya. Bathroom needs updating; flakes were peeling off the tub every time I took a shower and no hot water unless you wait 10 minutes and only keep it on “hot”. The A/C was actually the only good thing in my room. No safe in the room, no coffee maker, they do give water everyday. For the price I paid this hotel should invest in giving guests a toothbrush too. They aren’t that expensive and I actually needed one. So I had to go get my own. And don’t get me started on that rooftop pool. Sounds amazing right? Wrong! Yea it’s Amazing for the first two minutes you take a couple of pics but then you realize the pool is not taken care of and dirty plus it was ice cold for some reason when I was there. Plus they had a little setup for a rooftop bar that look deserted for years; it almost looked like I was on the set of the “walking dead”! They had old books for people to read up there but who reads anymore? Get that bar fixed and get some music playing up there. The rooftop pool scene was deserted and dead just like the lobby every time I walked out. Plus those stupid stairs you have to take up and down instead of just walking into a ground level lobby. Last but not least get prepared to pay a guest/joiner fee of 500 baht per day/visit or 300 baht. Not sure which one of them they charge because I heard discrepancies on both. The sign says 500 baht but I heard a guy pay 300 baht so who knows how much it is really? Hotel is trash.

Room was clean but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The room was dated and had a smell of smoke and I don’t smoke. The staff was very friendly and kind. But people would like this place if they are just wanting to go to walking street. It’s very near by

I liked that they put me in a room next to my friends. I didn’t like that my shower didn’t work, and they tried fixing it once and then gave up. I didn’t like that my room phone didn’t work and I didn’t like that my light in the bathroom went out. Makes for showering and using the bathroom difficult.
