Place is clean, rooms are well cleaned. Building is a bit old, could use renovation. But staff is very friendly. Great place to stay for lower budget. Plenty of food options, easy to walk everywhere.

Only problem is finding the venue otherwise all was great

It’s in a very quiet place that has the look and feel of residential area, but still close to cluster of restaurant. Beach and the walking street are only about a km. The only negatives I can think of is that it’s an old construction and so doors and some windows look old and don’t seal perfectly but adequately. Yes, there are lots of Middle East/Arab restaurant in the neighborhood, and that explains why this may be popular among those people. During the first part of my stay, there was a large Arab group, and because the rooms are not expensive most of them seemed to have lower education and have no understanding of the manner and etiquettes of the rest of the world. They looked and more like undereducated laborers or peasant types, and not like those sophisticated Arabs. Those with families may feel uncomfortable. Even on the streets there were younger middle eastern guys recklessly driving rented motorcycles, sometimes several of them together.

Overall wonderful experience. Not to missed. Indescribable pleasure.

This place is in a good location because you can walk to all the action in 10 minutes. The room is quiet because it's tucked into a dead end street far from the noisy part. The room is very big too, but old. It's nice that there is a ceiling fan + AC. The internet was fine. The people who work there are nice. Pattaya is a terrible place & I never want to go back. But, if you like it...NN Apartment is a great option for an inexpensive hotel close to the action (but far enough away).

PROS: extraordinarily friendly and helpful (Thai) staff; great value; large, clean room; 15 minute walk to Walking Street, best free wifi yet in Thailand. The tiny alley the hotel is on is very quiet (actually heard birds singing, no soi dogs!) although the hotel itself is noisy. Hotel does not serve food, but there is Thai street food easily available nearby on the soi, and a very good air-conditioned Thai restaurant on the corner of 3rd Road. CONS: be aware that this hotel is located in the Arab Quarter, with two small nearby streets devoted to gay nightclubs. All of the restaurants on the soi are Muslim, and in the larger neighborhood, mostly Indian. Virtually all of the guests are Arabs, who sit outside their rooms and talk loudly for hours, when they're not going from room to room banging doors, playing music and shouting to each other into the night. BOTTOM LINE: I found this hotel to be very nice, if a bit shabby (some peeling paint and warped doors that rattle in the wind!) I rate it excellent if you're Arab or if you're a farang who isn't bothered by them.

Attentive and friendly staff. Not on a main road so peaceful at night time. Not so easy to find so make sure you have access to the address or preferably Google maps. They also provide a cheap taxi service to the airport.

Very nice staff, quiet place

Quiet, clean, cheap, and ten minutes to Walking Street? Quite the find for Pattaya! I'd say the 70s decor is charmingly retro ... but I'm pretty sure it's actually original. If you're looking for a budget yet respectable stay in Pattaya, can't beat it!

A budget hotel 10 minutes walk from the Pattaya pier that's quiet, clean, and has parking is rather a find! Decor is a bit on the retro side, like mid-70s, but well maintained and a modern AC unit. Plan to stay again whenever we visit Pattaya to go diving!
