My little family and I have visited the hotels rooftop bar and restaurant many times as we are locals in Phuket, but this was the first time we treated ourselves to enjoy a night and breakfast here. As we expected our time there was super lovely, the staff in every position of the hotel are so nice and friendly, our room was perfect and more than we hoped for and a little surprise for my daughter there is now a cool play area for kids 🙂

Liked the closeness to Phuket old town. Didn't like the pool are(nothing like the photos depicted),the breakfast was average at best. If you are going to stay here(I wouldn't recommend it)make sure you pay the deposit in cash, as I am still waiting for mine to be refunded back to me(paid by card), hotel reception said could take up to 30 working days to be refunded back to me which is absolutely ridiculous. Promised us a breakfast box as checking out early, took us 3 attempts at different times of the previous day to get this organised.

Staff very helpful and welcoming, hotel is clean and pleasant, rooms are well sized and comfortable. Dining in the block around is limited, recommend a quick taxi to old town nearby for lots of good bars and restaurants.

A great hotel just a short walk from Phuket old town’s centre - ideal for exploring but nice to be a short distance away so it didn’t get too noisy at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We enjoyed the rooftop bar which had some great views. Breakfast was amazing too.

The front entrance and lobby were spectacular, the doormen, especially Por, and reception staff were fantastic and upon arrival we had high expectations for our stay. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t as grand as the entrance, it was adequate but a few things let it down. The view was poor, the cold water pressure was very low, the sink was tainted yellow and the shelf below it was not attached. There was no milk/creamer for the coffee in the room and no hair conditioner. There were also a number of positives, the air con was excellent, the bed was comfy and we slept great, it was very quiet. The sky bar was also beautiful with a good menu. Overall, good value for money.
