The hotel was lovely. Beautiful pool and palm trees. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant on site but there are many small bars and restaurants within a 5 - 6 minute walk. The area is much less touristy than Patong or Karon. I would recommend renting a motorbike. Most sightseeing and the beaches are close but a bit of a walk in the heat.

I enjoyed my stay at the phuket Riviera villa. Each room was very spacious, the staff were friendly and caring. The only thing I didn't like, was the constant flow of ants everywhere in the villa. Mostly the bedroom and bathroom. Overall, the stay was comfortable. There're alot of food places within walking distance. There're mini marts, 7 eleven marts, bars, etc. Most places open between 8-9am, except 7 eleven, which is 24 hours.

Get the room that the air conditioner is not cool but the staff have changed the room, good service / but it is bad that the hotel can't issue the tax invoice which is difficult for the company to use the withdrawal
