The staff were very friendly and.. Just like the name of the hotel, the view from the hotel was so beautiful! The large swimming pool in the hotel and the delicious breakfast with sweet fruits... and the smooth morning coffee was fantastic! This is definitely the best hotel for foreigners!! Affordable and best service hotel..! If you are planning a trip to Phuket, I highly recommend it!!

We stayed here for Xmas and new year. Lovely hotel, great buffet breakfast every day. The staff were excellent and the rooms were cleaned every day aswell Would definitely recommend

I really hated that all the girls in the restaurant for breakfast where always sitting down playing on their phones & putting male up on in front of every one during service while cats are jumping on to the tables & eating peoples food of their plates. Disgusting & a major health hazard. I did tell the staff - they dodnt care. Their make up & phone coversations were more important.

I was surprised when we got there. The staff spoke limited English if any at all. There were cats roaming everywhere, including the dining area which is a covered outdoor area. There is a gentleman making eggs but not made to order. Everything looks likes it’s been sitting out all day long. Breakfast was awful. There are limited restaurants within a walking distance. The rooms are joined which never makes me feel safe. To access our room we had to go up one elevator and go over to another elevator to access another building. It was super inconvenient. The pool areas were run down. The bathroom got no air and was super hot. The ac would also automatically turn off when you left the room so it was always super hot when you got back to The hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Had to change rooms twice. Firstly because of a broken blind in the bathroom, then a leaking air conditioner in the second room. The hotel was ok but needs to be upkept and maintained more than it is. Overall, my partner and I were a bit disappointed.

First of all, if you like swimming, do not choose this hotel. The pool looks very nice on the images however its deathly cold. Even for a Northern Brit in the tropics. You will not enjoy swimming in this pool, it's also pretty dirty and old. Sun loungers are acceptable for sunbathing. The Sea View rooms are okay, a little tired but clean, however, the pillows are dreadful, the cotton inside them has been washed hundreds of times so they have no bounce to them at all. Most of the staff at the hotel are friendly, however reception staff, especially the two males that do the night time duty are totally and utterly useless, they take ages to make any kind of decision and let guests fix their own issues. Not only rude, they are ill-trained and selfish and should not be working at a reception desk The only positive thing about this hotel is the view, which you can get any other high floor hotel on Karon beach. Don't make my mistake and spend a little more and book the Ikon or Hilton. You will not regret it two weeks later.

If you are Russian or Chinese on a tour staying only overnight, this might be all you need, but dont book here for a week like we did - you will be disappointed. Limited breakfast, right next to diesel tour buses billowing smoke. I caught an eye infection - either from the pool or towels. View was not at all what was in the photos - that was only the very top rooms. The rest of the rooms had a terrible view of moulding roofing. The first room we were given had a broken shower door, and the second room we were given had a groaning toilet system! We ended up checking out early and staying in one of the guesthouses right next to Karon Beach, with a fresh cooked breakfast, which was way better value for money.

Arrived at the hotel and was underwhelmed. It is quite run down, however, they were repainting the outside pool area when we were there. The rooms are basic and bathrooms need updating. The beds were so hard we had to keep turning over as our back/ribs/sides got sore. No pillow protector so we had to put our own clothes around the pillows. A coach load of very loud tourists arrived, got drunk at the pool and left the beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere which weren’t cleaned up by lunch time the next day. So drunk they were trying to get into our room through the connecting door until I shouted at them to stop. The hotel is in a good spot though and you can take a nice walk through the Hilton to get to the beach (10/15 mins). I would suggest paying that little more for the pool access rooms. Plenty of places to eat/markets a 10 min walk from the hotel. Taxis available to take you into Patong/Kata. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Mystery Deal hotel was excellent paid very less compared to all the other 4.5 star hotel, Room comfort was excellent. for the family of 4. Room were cleaned every day, bathroom was huge with a bath tub and also a balcony with the view of the sea. overall very happy with the service.

I visited Karon Beach off season, so my stay was very relaxing and the service was alright. I had a great penthouse like room, with a great view of the ocean. I can recommend spending that SG$ 5 extra for the ocean view. Really worth it. The staff was helpful, despite poor English. I enjoyed my stay and could stay there again.
