1. อาหารไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย เวลาแขกมาทานข้าวพร้อมกันอาหารก็จะไม่เพียงพอ ที่นั่งก็ไม่เพียงพอ ถ้วยชามก็ไม่พอ เห็นพนักงานแกะจากกล่องใหม่ๆ โดยที่ไม่ผ่านการล้างทำความสะอาดใดๆ (ไม่กล้าถ่ายรูปเพราะเกรงว่าจะเป็นการประจานมากเกินไป) 2. การทำความสะอาดห้องพักถือว่าแย่ ไม่สะอาดเลย ยังมีเม็ดทรายอยู่ในห้อง ทำความสะอาดอย่างไร เหมือนไม่ทำความสะอาด ได้ลองถามพนักงานทำความสะอาด พนักงานตอบว่า"วันนี้มี 11 ห้อง หนูต้องทำคนเดียว" (อาจเป็นเพราะว่าพนักงานไม่เพียงพอหรือเปล่าไม่แน่ใจ) ได้เข้าพักเมื่อวันที่ 13-16 เมษายน 2566 (พาลูกมาเที่ยว) 3. น้ำทะเลไม่สะอาด ไม่กล้าที่จะลงเล่นน้ำ ก็เลยไปเที่ยวที่เกาะช้าง หาดนวลแทน (ผิดเองที่ศึกษามาไม่ดี)

No parking is provided. Hopefully there will be at least 1 parking space for each child per parking space. Also, if there is no parking space, the staff should be notified. that this size does not have a free parking space Let's try to go around the car again, whatever. Not leaving customers to manage all by themselves And another thing, the room doesn't block the sound.

Regular stay, but now the staff are welcoming. Service is very slow. Late check-in, not following the check-in results. Say only the customer's name is not in the system. Let us follow ourselves The result is a login name but the check is not detailed. Causing us to wait a long time, not smiling, we are sick, want to go to rest Wait for a long time until fainting But no one is interested. All are ignored. There is only one male staff member who comes to see the room with a lot of dust, blankets, moldy renovations as well.

My booking has been charged extra bed but hotel doesn't prepared, need to asked later and they came with such a old extra bed. Once asking tissue paper in room staff brought used one to us. Bed sheet a lot of dust, towel to old.

Reserve a seaview, but get a room with a tree view instead of building / notify to reserve a kingsite bed but get a very small bed, 2 people have to sleep together / squash no coffee / towels in the room. Notify reservation for 2 people Towels are very rough, recommend to carry yourself / TV, the image is not clear at all / Net WiFi signal ** very much / receptionist at check-in.
