The concierge Jack made our stay! Also the staff in the breakfast restaurant were incredible. The hotel does need some updating. The lobby felt like something from 1997… also had a weird piano playing itself. Our room could have used a serious cleaning - carpet could have used a trim cause edge was all frayed. There were Lots of things that were really helpful - ie a bathroom as soon as you come in from outside on the ground level , a small seating area where you can charge your phone, (this was amazing for our last day as we had a late flight and had already checked out).the room was strangely set up - and had to keep our suitcases in the living room area downstairs with the main bathroom and bed upstairs. No space there to keep anything. Location was great and transportation was easy either by grab, metro or train. Having never been to Bangkok I had booked hotel based on “features”’they offered ie restaurants, rooftop bar and spa. Well - spa was closed, bar was not on the rooftop and restaurants did not have the vibe. BUT all this being said anything you could

Stayed there 10 years ago and had good memories. It’s still a fine choice at a decent price. But it does approaches the age of a refurb. I had to insist a room upgrade as a VIP member. I think Expedia isn’t doing enough to inform hotels about the perks it brings. It’s not the hotels fault.

Amazing value for the price! Close to BRT and has a nice cafe on site. Free buffett breakfast is delicious. Massage and spa site as well. 7 eleven is just down the way a few meters. I really enjoyed the quiet stay here. HIGHLY Recommend!!!

The A/C in the room has a very loud fan. If you turned it off the room got too hot . So we ended up managing the fan through the night. Across the street was a very bright electronic billboard which illuminate at 5 am and we had a hard time blocking out the light. The room itself was nice

The staff are amazing, the only downside was a 1,000 thb security deposit. The building is amazing and in a great location next to Em Dining. The buffet inside hotel is excellent and worth it. It sucked that the spa wasnt available during my visit.

She said I need to cancel with agoda. Needless to say, agoda contacted them to refund me and they refused. They just care about money no customer service.

This is an outstanding hotel and perhaps one of my favorite of all times ! Great breakfast buffet , great staff, clean and modern room with all the bells and whistles! A ton of shopping and dining options nearby. I had the 2 level suite with a great city view ! Definitely recommend this place and will be back for sure
