Amazing room and breathtaking view. Very nice warm pool with a sea view. This place is not very crowded, so you will get the private place to chill out. The breakfast is also good. The staff are very nice. Lastly, the room is so good and clean.

I have stayed here 3 times for over a total of 20 days. This is not a fancy resort but a comfortable place to stay in Lipa Noi and right in the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have already planned to come back for a fourth time!

I have stayed at this property two times now and would come again another time. It is not a fancy resort but is a nice, clean place to stay right on the beach with a friendly staff and good restaurant. There are also several other restaurants within walking distance and many more within short drive. Right on Lipa Noi bay, enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The property even has two kayaks available for customers.

The location of the hotel is amazing meaning it overlooks a beautiful beach. The surrounding area is average and there’s not much to see. You would need a bike or a car to be able to move unless if you come here to only stay at the hotel. Hotel staff are very good and there’s four cute funny dogs in the lobby.

We left first thing in the morning. The sheets and pillow case were ripped. The bathroom was dirty, there was no soap, the whole room is tired and needs a deep clean. Even the hot water dispenser had coffee marks running down it. So disappointed that I’ve paid for two lots of accommodation. I’ve emailed for a refund and heard nothing.

The owner and the staffs were really nice. Checked in was easy, they let us check in early. You can book ride with the to the airport.The property has great potential but it was very out dated. We paid for almost $200 a night. I don't think its worth it.

Great beach location, rooms adequate. This is a quiet and calm area, untouched by the party scene and traffic. Staff very friendly. You will have the clean beach to yourself and there is a pleasant beach bar just a minute away. Moms kitchen over the road a short walk away serves great meals in a spotless facility. Access to the main road and hustle and bustle is just minutes away. We did not order lunch or dinner here but they do offer food.

Very quite family run resort. Had the seaview room and it was great. This resort is small and away from the noise of the party scene. If you are looking for a romantic getaway without having to deal with the lady boys and hookers this is a great spot;)

Beautiful rooms and property, they had good attention to detail.. even bathrobes and slippers. All the staff were friendly and fun. Comfortable bed and nice sheets. The breakfast was very good too. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful quite resort, it was the perfect place ty to end off our busy Thailand vacation.

Was excited for this property but my partner and I were pretty disappointed. The room had a strong musty smell (garden view
), they didn't dust the headboard or the towel rack. The restaurant service was really bad they took a long time with our simple order. Also, There was not too many restaurants near by or anything to do. Also, it's a pretty far drive to anything exciting.

The most beautiful bungalow right one arguably one of the best beaches in Koh Samui. Away from all the busy crowded beaches, we could step out from our bungalow and into the gorgeous crystal clear water. Truly an amazing stay with the best staff. Will be back!

The pool rooms are spacious and well appointed. The on-site kitchen is capable and the service generally excellent. The bar stocks an extensive collection of brews. Perfect for a quiet vacation, but not for nightlife-centric plans as Chaweng and Lamai are easily half an hour away by taxi.
