Overall the place can be very nice however there are a couple of things to note . The swimming pool / area is nice but doesn’t get any sun . So absolutely no sunbathing here . We booked two single occupancy rooms. They came with a small (not double ) bed - which surprised me . One room didint even have a window in it and mine had a massive column through the middle of it . I paid to upgrade (no other option) - this room was lovely.

The room I was in was very small, suite. The staff have a very great attitude. The property is in nice condition. The dryer in the room is not a dryer, it will just steam your clothes and then you have to hang dry them.

Review of the single room. The property is fine overall, I just wasn't happy with the single room. It was an odd shape and felt like an extended cupboard, not what the pictures showed. I was kindly moved to an alternative which was slightly better but not to my taste - nothing cosy about it and certainly not worth the price. And the lighting was too bright. I moved to alternative hotel with a proper size room & bed, cosy and was almost half the price.

This is a fantastic property, it’s not a “hotel” but rather a apartment hotel, but don’t be fooled the service and hospitality is top notch, with a gorgeous lobby upon arriving I immediately felt welcome, I’m a hotels.com platinum member so I received a room upgrade.
The room is spacious and had everything I needed, the kitchenette had all the supplies and utensils needed, the bathroom had a rain shower plus a sit-in tub, but the bed was comfortable. I will 100% stay here again without hesitation and I’d recommend this property to any traveler.
Just a side note, this place is off the main road, but calling a grab was no problem.

I love that as I was only approaching the hotel, one staff was already anticipating my check-in and immediately approached me to carry my luggage. Check-in was easy and got a room with a nice balcony facing the front of the hotel overlooking a mix of tall buildings and beautiful greeneries. The staff that I’d like to give a shoutout to are the men who take me to the Ekkamai BTS station because they’re the ones I always speak to. Very nice guys, on time with the shuttle service, and polite. I’d also give a shout out to the housekeepers for cleaning my apartment on the daily; just missed one day where they forgot to empty my trash when I needed it emptied the most. The hotel is close to the BTS and there’s a free shuttle every 30 mins. It’s also kinda close to the Big C, two nearby 7-Elevens, and Donki (a bit far but I like to walk). Con for me would be that the bed has legs that would move around very easily which is kind of annoying because it’s one of those light beds, not heavy ones that just stay in place unless you forcefully move it or it’s actually stuck on the floor. In summary, I’d definitely go back to this hotel. Maybe next year again?! 🙏

Quick in and out, good stay, getting to the room was a puzzle. 4 main buildings with sitting areas that have to be traversed to find the room. Other than the room size, stay was OK. Located in a 100m back alley off a main road. TukTuk to BTS mainline station.

Had a great stay over 6 nights in Bangkok. Conveniently located (walkable to Ekkamai station
and Gateway mall). Staff were friendly and helpful with requests and information. Very accommodating to a change of my room to a bigger one for the last night for a reasonable price. Service was great. Lobby staff had great command of English so no issues with communication. Facilities were also good.
Areas to improve:
- Breakfast could be better. Some of the food such as the bacon was slightly oily and slightly lacking in variety
- Wifi could be better. A little slow although still usable
- A HDMI cable could be kept in the hotel to lend out to customers who wish to connect to their laptops etc. as the TV channels are limited, and some English Channels were dubbed in Thai
